We had an amazing first ever e-bike tour with Peake Pedals having never ridden an e-bike before. High quality bikes, very well organised and friendly and amazing Peak District countryside! The route was programmed into a GPS device on the bike which made it very easy to follow and allowed us to enjoy the views and cafe stops without worrying about getting lost or planning a route. We would 100% recommend it and hope to do it again when we next visit the area.

What a fantastic company!! We had an amazing day out on brand new top of the line hybrid ebikes. We chose to do the ‘A ride through time Tour’ and loved every minute. Beautiful countryside and hardly saw a car all day with perfect suggested stops. There’s been so much research done on all the routes. We’ll definitely be back to try another route whenever we’re in the Peak District!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Our self-guided e-bike tour through the countryside was just lovely. Andrew was informative and helpful as we began. We enjoyed the ability to go at our own pace. The views were beautiful and I loved experiencing the Peak District in a more intimate way. Highly recommend.

Had a great day out with the PeakePedals guys. The bikes are first class, full suspension ebikes, very comfortable, and eats up the off-road section. Great circuit, with amazing views from Longstone Edge. Great day. I can definitely recommend it if you want to see The Peak Districts' hidden gems.

Derbyshire/ peak Districk Cycling tour with Peakepedals

What a way to see and experience the countryside of The Peak District!
We chose the four moor tour which had a variety of different surfaces but the ebike power got us through the tricky sections . You will need some level of fitness and cycling experience to undertake this tour as you’ll be dodging rocks and small crevices at some point .
We started with a bacon roll and coffee and our guide took us through the important details . The bikes are new with full suspension and are supplied with a Garmin tracker .
The trip took us along quiet roads, bridleways and paths , over hills and dales , through pretty villages , then stopping to experience the views and taking pictures . We took a number of stops including a well deserved beer and food .
Thanks Andrew for being our guide , then driving us back to Bakewell at the end which was much appreciated .
Look forward to the next tour !

We did the Hartington Cheese and Food Tour today.
A lovely route along tracks and country lanes with some amazing views.
Stopped at the Village Shop at Hartington for breakfast and a coffee. Also went round to the The Old Chese Shop. Lots of opportunities to buy Hartington cheese and local bakery items for a picnic if you haven't taken one.
Later we called at The Royal Oak at Hurdlow for a drink.
All in all a really enjoyable day.

We had the best day cycling through the Peak with Michael as a guide. They were super friendly with advice on which tour to pick for what we were looking for and we had a great mix of trails and historical sites across the day. We found the riding pretty leisurely and a lot of fun, was the best thing we did in the area while we were there. The bikes are extraordinarily fun to ride as well.

Big thanks for Andrew and Michael for arranging such a wonderful tour through the Peak District! The e-bikes were fantastic, the tour challenged our group to just the right level, and took in a lovely mix of roads, tracks, fields and hills, culminating in a brewery tour. Over and above the e-bike tour, Andrew couldn't have been more helpful in offering further advice to make the whole weekend a success. I couldn't recommend Peakebikes more highly, and I hope to return one day! Thank you!
