I booked a trip with Andy for a half-day fishing trip and to explore the lighthouse. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My wife and 2 teenage kids loved it. We caught a lot of mackerel and a few other species, learnt about navigation at sea and very interesting facts about Eddystone lighthouse. The day ended so beautifully by being surrounded by a huge shoal of bluefin tuna. A truly memorable day out, highly recommended!

Had the best day fishing! Went out for 12 hours which I definately recommened. Very helpful and caring to newbies. Caught tons of fish and I took loads of fish home which was absolutely delicious. They also helped gut our fish for us. We had a lot of fun and want to go again. All very nice and welcoming, would extremely recommend this fishing experience !

First trip this year with Andy. Very helpful. Pity we had easterly winds. We caught some good fish despite the easterly. And a good bit of grub from Andy as well. Would definitely recommend.

Yesterday I spent the day fishing with Andy along with my family and Colleagues, Andy was great! He keeps a safe and clean ship, his instructions throughout the day from the safety brief in the morning to his explanation of each mark was welcomed. He led us to catch more along with being on hand to land the large fish, help out with snags and make the tea’s, Top bloke and a 10/10 experience! We will return!

Top notch skipper and boat. Nothing too much trouble and highly knowledgeable on marks, techniques and local fauna and flora. Caters for all ages and great with novices. Very highly recommended.

An amazing day out at sea for the whole family!! Highly recommended. Andy was brilliant with the kids (10 and 14), myself and my husband (all newby/amateur anglers!), we caught a LOT, learned a lot and had a fantastic fun experience aboard the Patricia Rose! Seeing the blue fin Tuna racing was a spectacle to remember!! Thank you Andy! We will be back.
