What an amazing company that goes above and beyond!! Earlier this month I set out on making my Nan’s final wish come true. Alan and the team got in contact straight away to not only deliver an exceptional service but to take care of all costs too. They took care of everything and went out of their way in the days running up to the event (example: speaking to security, driving to the event to find accessible entrance, making sure all aids where in place in the event of needing them). On the day nothing was ever too much. My nan felt like royalty. Steven was outstanding from start to finish. Thank you so much to Alan and Steven for giving us that memory. Used Parker’s services for my wife’s 50th surprise birthday. What a fantastic service, car was immaculate (AMG Merc), driver was such a nice guy and kept the destination secret as requested. I recently used Parkers for an airport transfer for an early morning departure and late night arrival back at Newcastle. On both occasions the drivers arrived in good time and like the vehicles, were immaculately presented. The ease of booking and confirming gave total peace of mind and took away the stress of taxis or park and fly services at the airport which can take time during busy periods. The cars are stylish, comfortable and smart for whatever the occasion. Drivers are immensely helpful and ensure a smooth ride if you’re wanting to sleep for part or all of the journey.
