The caravan was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable and had everything you could need.|The view from the caravan was second to none I couldn’t get enough of that view it made me emotional. |The park was great for the kids I had three caravans myself and my husband and dog in one. My daughter, husband, her three children and dog in a three bedroom huge caravan and my other daughter her husband and three children in another huge caravan. The children were aged between 5 & 12 and said they had the best holiday ever! There was lovely dog walks and the staff were fantastic from the man in the shop too the entertainment team and the security guards couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you Parkdean.

The three-bedroom upgraded caravan initially allocated to us had a strong dog odour and was clearly not properly cleaned. When I raised this issue, I was informed that no alternative accommodation was available. The only offer made was to "sanitise" the van, which would have rendered it unusable for an extended period.
After I requested a refund and said we would leave the site, a smaller two-berth caravan was suddenly found for us. Upon inspection, this second caravan was also unsatisfactory. The heating had been left on, which seemed suspicious, and more seriously, the bed appeared to have already been slept in.
I raised further concerns and requested clean bedding. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was dismissive and unprofessional. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no follow-up occurred. My concerns were ignored, and we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
As a result, I felt forced to leave the park after only two nights of a four-night booking.

After bad experiences at other Parkdean Resort locations, I’m happy to finally leave a positive review.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the beautiful views made for a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the pool let things down. After our first session, we decided to cancel all further bookings due to hygiene concerns.
That said, overall it was a much better experience than previous visits.

Very hilly for people with mobility issues. Late night food was great but restaurant food was fine and basic. Great location to explore the surroundings. Check in was a bit of a faff as we couldn't check in till 4pm on the dot. Caravan was clean and comfortable. Get your tickets exchanged in the evening at the arcades as they were not open on the morning of check out despite a sign saying they opened at 10am. We spent a fair bit playing the 2p machines so was disappointed to not get some silly little souvenirs. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Beautiful scenery around camp. The camp itself is very hilly, and a shuttle service would help getting around the camp. The entertainment team were great. The pool was lovely and warm. The overall experience was great. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and we enjoy a wee caravan holiday . Definitely recommend

Great budget holiday for a cheap getaway beautiful views over the firth of Clyde. Plenty of things for kids to do. The pool is great really warm really good for babys. The only issue is the baby Changing area in the pool. The changing area is in a toilet and the changing table is only about 3 feet away from a toilet that has no lid and didn't seem clean. There should be separate facilities for baby changing.

We have been to Wemyss Bay many times over the years and very disappointed this time round. When collecting keys staff were too busy chatting to each other and barely acknowledged us. The lodge was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere, hair clips on the floor (surely wasn't hoovered) and the bathroom storage was covered in old toothpaste. We pulled out a dish from the cupboard to find a huge clump of hair. Literally looked like someone had cut the end of their ponytail and left it on the dish. Actually disgusting! The living room carpet had a big rip in it. We had booked swimming for 11am but were turned away as there was something else on at the same time and they had made an error with bookings. All the outdoor skips around us were full when we arrived and as the days went on seagulls were ripping bags open from the bins and leaving rubbish and dirty nappies lying around. The curtain pole in my daughters room was broken and fell on her when she was sleeping. They give you a phone number to phone if there is any issues but they don't answer and if you text they also don't answer. Very disappointed and will not be rushing back.

We are staying in park dean for third time. The location is good. Sea view and had a hill walk. Had a ferry near by. There were co-ops, Tesco and fuel station near by.
But the sad part is swimming pool was very small. The changing rooms didn't have lock and hairdryer didn't work.
Our caravan doors didn't close properly. We stayed as two families with two cars but we couldn't park both cars near our caravan.
External light in our caravan didn't work.
Kids play area was very small and few equations were broken.
No proper maintenance.
Hopefully next trip everything would be better.
