Just leaving here after a lovely week holiday! We stayed in the moortown caravan which was beautiful! Lovely and clean and everything you need for a comfortable week self catering. Site is very well maintained and looked after. Kids enjoyed lots of activities and entertainment. We have been coming for the last 4 years and enjoyed the slightly later kids entertainment times. Attempted the ghost walk which seemed really good although we had to leave early as my kids (4 and 5 years old) found it too scary.
Food wise the chicken shop is delicious! On the pricey side but well worth it! The boathouse does a nice breakfast too!
Only negatives are the entertainment venue could do with a good scrub! Carpets and chairs have seen better days.
Overall we have had a brilliant time and will be booking for next year as soon as we get home!

With all the park deans I have been too this one has definitely been the one I enjoyed the most. The 4 room cabin is amazing. The whole park is very spaced out. Love the atmosphere. We have 5 days here and looking forward for the rest of the week.
And thanks to the staff member Dave from sales came to our cabin this morning and offered any services. Or if we needed anything or something needs fixing. So definitely recommend for next time.

We had an amazing holiday at this lovely holiday park! The site is beautiful, well-kept, and filled with all the facilities you could ask for. What truly made our stay memorable was the fantastic swimming pool and the range of activities on offer. Our kids had an absolute blast!

The activities ran smoothly from start to finish, with something for everyone to enjoy. A special shoutout to Kristen, who handled all our bookings with such kindness and flexibility, making sure we felt accommodated and welcome. The whole activities team was professional yet fun, creating a great atmosphere for both kids and adults alike.

Thank you to everyone for such a great experience! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Caravan very old and tired. Carpets need replacing and the oven and cooking utensils have seen better days. Cocktails in the bar were undrinkable but we loved the £22 jugs of beer. Plenty of breakfast deals.
Location is good, far enough away from the town for a quiet stay but close enough to head in.

Overall we have had a lovely stay with parkdean and come back regular. I think the site is definitely missing a soft play. And the arcade is far too small for the amount of usage. Especially during busier times. This is a very large site so such a small arcade really doesn’t make any sense?

Food options are great. And the chicken is delicious. Breakfast in the boathouse is a winner.

The nature surrounding the site is lovely. And finding the way around is relatively easy once figured out a base.

Superb accommodation! Luxurious decor and furniture throughout. We were blessed with sunshine despite it being the end of September and made the most of the outdoor furniture and beautiful setting. Only downside is just how big the site is we were so far away from anything. But I'd still happily go back 10/10. ?

Recently bought a holiday home at this site, pleasantly surprised by Skegness and very impressed with this site and all the facilities it has to offer. 5 stars to Dave in Sales who was super helpful and knowledgeable and was always happy to help or answer questions, showed us multiple different vans and pitches and pros and cons of each. Thank you Dave and all at Southview!

Stayed in the penthouse suite overnight, room was lovely, the four poster bed looks amazing, mattress was thinner than we are used too so not quite as comfy as it looked. The view from the little balcony over the lakes was nice. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work, but the bath was big enough to soak in, and the walk in shower was very powerful. |We unfortunately booked on the same night as the hotel hosted a rock and roll night and as we were above the hall it was in, it meant we were unable to sleep, after a long day travelling, until gone midnight. |All in all a nice room, and a reminder to check, in future, if there’s any events on!
