Terrible service! Terrible place! Honestly the worst experience I have had with any company ever! I certainly will not be using again and I suggest you find else where to park your car!!
Left in the rain for more than an hour in total with my children, car broken was fine when left told me they’d had no issues with it but then accidentally gave me an internal form stating otherwise!!! I had to drive from Leeds to Scarborough with my full beam on as my lights don’t work they’ve blown a fuse messing about under the bonnet several times whilst they were in possession of my car isn’t this something you should tell the owner on collection I would certainly think so!! I will be sending my garage bill from today to the company to claim on their insurance!!! Not acceptable….

The only saving grace was 1 man who actually helped me whilst the other one was smirking and laughing at my families misfortune at their doing!! My car was perfectly fine when I left it on 26/08!!!

Shame I can’t give half a star. On arrival everything was fine parked my car specifically where I wanted to park. Returned 6 days later to collect and I noticed my car had been moved and couldn’t see it. I politely asked the blonde grandma on shift where my car was. After this I then asked politely why it had been moved, she was then very rude and sarcy towards me but grandma couldn’t give me an answer as to why it had been moved. I then checked my dashcam to find my car had been moved twice! For what reason I will never know. Car was also left parked very poorly along with the car that was parked next to me(can only assume it had been moved numerous times aswell for no reason). Saturday 26th July 2025

Avoid......I left the car for 8 days.
My car has been washed before entering the car park.
When I picked up the car was full of sticky residue plus some leafs all over the car and all over windows...it has been definitely parked under some trees for long time.

I'm very disappointed because this is very harmful to the paint work. can be lead to staining, chipping.

I had to go straight to wash the car to make sure it all off.

I'm very disappointed as I trust my car to be parked in secure place and definitely didn't expect to return to my car being dirty all over.

If it would let me give 0 stars I would. Came on 26th August everything seemed fine other than there was one mini bus for everyone to and from the airport no big deal. Came back on the 3rd September waited 25 mins in the rain at the airport for the one mini bus got to reception and the women told us we were parked in row f and laughed we had to walk in the rain to the other side of the car park. Got to the car and battery had died so someone somewhere had left somthing running. Never had any issues with the car and there was just no way to help and it was an inconvenience for them. 4:30 in the morning and left in the rain. DO NOT USE AT ALL ITS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. sentinel is worth the extra money. Further to this review we have a dash cam in our car and they had to jump start our car not once but twice when they had it and they have been caught on dash cam wiping footage. A phone call or message to say we’ve had to jump start your car can you call your breakdown cover but instead we were left at half past 4 in the morning with young children. It’s unacceptable and disgusting

We've parked here twice now and never had any problems. It's quite easy to find although we did miss the entrance the first time. You park up, go to reception, have your return flight info ready. The friendly staff talk you through everything. Reception has toilets which are clean. The bus which is regular, takes you 5 mins to the airport and picks you up at the same place when you return, your car is ready when you get back, based on my experience I would recommend this place.

Easy to locate and the drop off of the key was going very smooth too. Upon arrival the bus was waiting and took us 2 minutes to get back to the car park and were given back the keys. Couldn't get any easier than this, and it was good value for money.

Thank you for a great service. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours and the information boards & Skyscanner were giving out false information and yet as we arrived the bus turned up perfectly and the company made no big deal of the event. My keys were handed back, no additional fees and certainly no hassle. It helped the end of a long journey to be not as exhausting. Thank you!!

Would give this place no stars if possible. I had used them a week prior and they were useless but gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again.

The place is grotty and the staff do not want to be there. On the way back we waited 50 minutes at midnight for the bus the come pick us up. We rang 10+ times and the phone just cut out, 15 people waiting to a point where one man ran the route to find out what was happening. We ended up getting a taxi for £15 to the place. When I got there it was unmanned, rang the bell constantly until he came. He did not care at all, he did not apologise, said it was nothing to do with him and the phones must be down. Further to that there was a young lad absolutely ragging a car about the car park, I stopped him and asked if it was a customers car he said it was, awful treatment of other people’s cars. Even on the way out the bus driver rocked up late and stop for 15 mins leaving you on the bus whilst they have a fag, making us late for getting through security.

Just pay the extra and use someone else. Senital buses came 10 time whilst we were waiting in the cold at 1am.
