What a beautiful, quiet spot but very accessible and plenty of parking. The owners are friendly and super helpful and the cottage itself is very spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen which also looks out over the garden. There is a games room and hot tub and a patio with furniture, we just ate outdoors having picked sunny weather! Nice to have a bath and shower, all rooms are ensuite and plenty of heating and a log burner so guess it's also perfect for a cosy winter stay. The wi-fi was unexpectedly good for being in such a peaceful place. Definitely will be back soon and would highly recommend for any time of the year.

The accommodation was great! The cottage is in a really peaceful area and just a short drive from the beach. The bedrooms were big and each had its own modern bathroom. There was WiFi, Sky and smart TVs. Our boys (5 & 14) loved the garden, games room, hot tub and being allowed to visit the chickens next door! The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, whilst ensuring we had privacy throughout our stay. It was a perfect place for a week away. We’ve been home one day and miss it already!

This was our 3rd trip back to Parc Gwair and once again we had an amazing time. We came this year with our 2 children (7 years and 2 years) and they love the cottage so much. |There really is so much there for everyone. Large garden, games room with pool table and hot tub. |The whole place is spotless and Den is such a welcoming and helpful host. Always on hand to help if needed but completely respects your privacy. |The cottage is only a few minutes to a secluded cove in Cwmtydu and not far at all from Newquay. We will def be back again. 😊 Thank you. x

We stayed over the Easter break for a 4 night-break just as Wales opened up to holiday-makers from outside of the country. The cottage was excellent- it had everything you could have wanted from a holiday home. The large garden, hot tub and games room were a wonderful bonus. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. Dennis was a brilliant host - helpful but not intrusive. We will certainly recommending it to friends. If only all holiday homes were like this!

We spent 4 nights in Parc Gwair and absolutely loved it. The place is fabulous and great to unwind. Den is a very welcoming host and made us feel at home. The rooms were well kept and mattresses very comfortable. Among the many things to enjoy, there is berry picking, chickens around the place that lay eggs and can be purchased fresh at a low price, BBQ grill, pool table, hot tub, dart board and a wood burning stove that keeps you snug in a cold welsh evening. The beaches nearby are great and although it's not a very touristy area, it's a great place to unwind and take in the elegant Welsh natural beauty. Despite Covid restrictions, the place was great for a staycation. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

We stayed in this wonderful cottage from 13/7/20- 17/7/20 We were the first visitors after lockdown in Wales was eased to allow self catering holidays.||The cottage was spotless and everything was very well organised and we felt very safe.||The accommodation is spacious (3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms), well equipped with lovely comfy beds and the garden/grounds lovely. We were family of 4 adults and two children. We made good use of the hot tub and games room. There are also garden games available and a gas BBQ.||Extended family (one adult and 2 kids) stayed in the lovely caravan in the grounds with a large decked area, with wonderful views.||We all had such a great time even if the weather wasn't very kind - we visited many of the beautiful local beaches and villages.||Eating out is still not possible due to the restrictions so we cooked most of our meals or ordered takeaways. We coped OK even though the kitchen area is quite small for the size of the rest of the property..||Den is a perfect host and lives next door. I can definitely recommend staying here and we would book again in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. There is a huge garden at the back of the house reached via the sliding doors in the lounge. Outside is a box full of games for the children to play with and a net for you to play badminton. There is a games room at the end of the garden with a pool table and a dart board. It's 20 pence a game but is free to play as the owner leaves a pile of 20 pences on the table and the following morning he empties the box and puts the money back on the table. There is a fabulous hot tub in front of the games room. The owner is one of the nicest and laid back person you could wish to meet and nothing is to much trouble in making sure you have an enjoyable stay. There is plenty of parking in front of the cottage and WiFi is free. Highly recommended.

Parc Gwair really is a gem. Den and Louise are wonderful, welcoming hosts. Den welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of his beautiful property. There were 7 of us in our party (4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby) and the place felt spacious at all times. The bedrooms are a very good size, as is the living room and dining area. ||||The kids had an absolute whale of a time in the large garden playing with the many garden toys and activities Den had to hand, such as the badminton rackets and net. The games room is a very welcome addition too.||||The hot tub is a good size, and comfortably fit our whole party in, when needed.||||Den and Louise were also able to provide a cot bed and high chair, which made the packing a lot easier!||||A tip I would give to anyone reading this is to head to Cwmtydu beach, which, at a distance of 2 miles, is only around 10 minutes away. It’s a rocky beach, but the setting really was beautiful and worth a visit.||||We had the perfect weather to accompany the perfect house, so we were also able to use the gas bbq.||||Thank you Den and Louise, we’ll definitely be booking again in the future!
