Awful. I booked a 6 seater over an hour ago and at the booked time it was supposed to arrive the app said still trying to find a car. So I tried to book a normal car as I didn’t need the 6 seater in the end as some of my party stayed behind and no taxis for at least half an hour. Thank god for Uber who came to our rescue so we ended up making our train with 2 minutes to spare. Tried ringing panther ans no answer.

The driver was on time which is good when you have a plane to catch, but unfortunately he didn’t have a clue where the train station was which meant I missed my train to the airport. I told him I would show him the way, but he ignored me and said he was taking a quicker way.Absolutely an awful experience

Do not use this Taxi service and give them your bank card details.
They told us it is 43.20 from St.Neots to Letchworth Garden City. They arrive, didn't call to say that they are outside waiting and charge my card an extra 15mins waiting time. Plus a separate charge of £1.01 p. Called them to explain why my card was charge twice and he couldn't explain. His ridiculoys response was...that's the charge.

I will be taking this up with the bank. It's robbery. I told him it's illegal to charge someone differently from what was agreed without first letting them know.

The driver was clearly lying.

Avoid, Avoid giving these crooks your bank details.

I've used Panther Taxis (formerly Steve's Cars) for ten years on and off for work and leisure. I've always found the driver's to be friendly and interesting and reliable. The new booking system powered by Veezu makes them even more accessible and reliable. Can't complain!
