On the big day, the car arrived early and immaculately clean. Asif was friendly, courteous, well-dressed, and incredibly helpful—he even helped calm some last-minute nerves with some reassuring words and advice.

The ride itself was luxurious and comfortable, making for a truly memorable entrance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like water and a quick photo opportunity with the car.

Honestly I cannot recommend Asif and his team enough. I saw Asif at the wedding show and myself and my husband knew we wanted modern luxury cars for our wedding but we also wanted the traditional, classic timeless look and wow these cars, drivers uniform and friendly service are simply first class.
From the first initial conversation with Asif and booking, confirming everything in between, the wedding day itself and even the after care has been nothing short of incredible. We booked our cars 2 years in advance but I had full confidence and trust throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much of a hassle on the day of the wedding and they even had beautiful umbrellas ready for the unexpected little rain shower and nicely chilled champagne for our drive to our reception.
Words honestly can’t express how thankful we are to Asif and his team for their time, communication and service. We feel like we have formed a beautiful friendship with them and will continue to support them always.

Used Palladium Car hire for our wedding cars and they were excellent. The staff are all extremely professional, very smartly dressed and polite. Helped us get in and out the vehicles with ease, and with all of our dresses, flowers etc! The cars were immaculate, cannot fault them! Asif and the rest of the team at Palladium Executive Hire are INCREDIBLE!! From the moment I enquired in April 2022 right through until our wedding day 2 years later, Asif provided exceptional customer service. Asif responded to all of my questions quickly, went out of his way to chat to us at wedding fares & open days and is genuinely one of the nicest people we have ever met! Asif has a wide range of cars to choose from in his fleet and was also spot on with his timings on the day! He was also very flexible when it came to changes we had. We chose the Rolls Royce Phantom for the groom & 2x V Class Mercedes to pick up family. All cars were immaculate!

Asif was a pleasure to deal with and I would, without a doubt, highly recommend Palladium. Genuinely can’t fault the service. I done a lot of research when it came to booking my suppliers for my wedding and I am confident that the team at Palladium is the best there is. Best car/driver experience I have ever had. Took us from Glasgow airport to Trump Turnberry and then 2 days later from Trump Turnberry to Glasgow city. Prompt, professional, courteous, beautiful clean new car (Mercedes S Series). Asif, the owner, was our driver, very helpful and friendly.
