Called and asked if they where free to do a pick-up at 3.00pm, the man that was on the phone at the time didn't even bother giving me an answer, he just hung up.. I. Assuming it was because I wasn't from here he had some sort of personal problem.. plenty of other taxi companies want my money.

Called to ask for price to pick up a collection from argos and return home. They hesitated on giving a price due to how long it takes. I said the website showed no one was there so should take 5 mins. They gave a price so I said I would give the driver extra to help carry the other item,
as I had 2 items and a disability, and was immediately cut off
