If you’re looking to pick up a new skill and get your fundamentals in place about paddle boarding - Joshua and India are easily the best people for it. I thoroughly enjoyed the session, learnt about the sport and cannot wait to continue learning.
Post my first session, as a complete beginner, I walked away feeling confident, aware and excited about the sport.
Most importantly, both Joshua and India are incredibly pleasant and kind which makes it so easy for you as a newbie. Thank you and I will see you soon.

I brilliant experience paddling on the Thames past Hampton Court Palace. The tour was very well organised and all the instructors and everyone who attended were really nice like minded people. I look forward to attending another SUP trip with Paddle Up.

I booked a combined session of sup yoga and paddleboarding. Experience and location for this activity was great. Small group and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of lovely pics from organisers shared after the session. Will definitelly book with them again. They also run a club with regular social paddles whole year round.

What a fabulous experience.
From easy booking, through great communication to fantastic morning out.
Very relaxed atmosphere which helped a lot with nervous student like me. Best introduction to paddle boarding, a lot of useful information, what to look out for. Very knowledgeable team. Highly recommended, will definitely be back.... next year, as sadly missed this season.

Had the most fantastic few days out in Portugal. The organisation of the whole trip was brilliantly executed and flexible so it could be adapted to the variable weather conditions. We paddled in some of the most beautiful locations and also enjoyed a few fun local trips, yoga was perfect at the end of a long paddle, great restaurants and just a really wonderfully fun trip with some of the loveliest people ever. The highlight for me was the lagoon paddle on the last day - wow - just incredible. Some fabulous memories made - thanks paradise paddles xx

Just returned from a fabulous SUP retreat in Portugal with Joshua and India. Despite the unseasonal storms with lots of rain and wind, we still managed to get out and paddle every day due to so many different options of paddles that had been planned due to the weather forecasts, along with a very interesting olive oil tasting at a local farm and yoga. It was such fun exploring different areas of the Algarve...following the sun.

Thank you so much for organising such an amazing and very well organised trip. Bring on SUP Portugal 2025!!

India , Joshua and SUP yoga teacher Charlie run a fun and welcoming place to SUP. I’m a member of the Paddle Up Social paddle club and regularly attend SUP yoga with Charlie. I’ve attended these sessions on my own and have been given support , kindness and advice and today Joshua even repaired my own iSUP for me as I had damaged it! The SUP social events are great fun and so far I have paddled as a group on the Wey and further up the Thames, sometimes including a cheeky drink in a pub.
If you are thinking about trying out SUP then please do not hesitate to contact them - they have all different types of SUPs from children’s ones through to a MEGA sup for groups to use! The location is beautiful, just up from Shepperton lock and morning and evening yoga sessions are just pure bliss and leave you relaxed and de-stressed. Finally , Paddle Up take safety very seriously and are hosting a River Safety event in conjunction with the RNLI for all of the local community to attend. I cannot recommend Paddle Up enough !
