We have just had a fabulous week at Oak Cottage, Happisburgh with our multigenerational family and dogs. The cottage was perfect in every way from the lovely welcome pack to the beautiful clean rooms. It was such a welcoming cottage and we loved all the personal touches. The kitchen was so well equipped too and we found everything we needed. Outside the garden was a good size and totally - and I mean totally - secure!! It was in a very peaceful location and just a 5 minute drive to the beach which is dog friendly and even in the summer was almost empty. We loved it that much we are looking to book for next year!

We have just enjoyed a second visit to Little Bent Cottage. We can thoroughly recommend a stay here……. the cottage is well presented & extremely comfortable. There are lovely touches such as homemade cakes & dog treats on arrival. The large grassed paddock is a wonderful & secure place for the dogs to run. Happy dogs equals happy owners!
Pauline is the most helpful & accommodating host we have ever had. Nothing is too much.
The surrounding countryside & views from the cottage are stunning.

Loved visiting Oak Cottage in Happisburgh! Super dog friendly (allowed on the sofas / gave us dog towels and bowls) which is amazing, as well as a super secure large garden which the dogs loved! Was so close to a quiet dog friendly beach which was perfect for the hot weather. Gail was very helpful when I had a question about the EV charger too! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a dog friendly holiday.

We have just arrived back from ana absolutely fantastic week at Running Hare Barn - what a place!! It has the wow factor from the minute you walk down the garden path!! It was just the perfect space for us as a large group and the fact that the lounge was upstairs meant we could leave the doggies to chill downstairs while we played board games (from the endless supply!!) upstairs!

(As a small aside, our only very minor grumble would be that the hot water supply could be a bit limited if we all showered at the same time, which we could work around, but was our one and only thing! And certainly didn’t spoil our stay or make us not want to return!!).

The fact that we could take our 6 pack of pooches for no limited cost was fantastic - and unheard of in any other place we’ve booked!! And on top of that the dogs are so well catered for - you can turn up with literally just their food and everything else is taken care of!

We loved the fact that we were 45 mins from home but could have been anywhere in the country and visited places we hadn’t been before - we loved Waxham, Sea Palling and Happy Burger beach - as named by 6 year old Jacob!!

Every email we sent had an extremely prompt response before the holiday - everything was just superb and 5 star at the very least!

Would thoroughly recommend booking with Gail for such brilliant personal service and fabulous dog friendly holiday homes!

Spent a week at the Saretta cottage in Sea palling Norfolk. It was the perfect holiday. Very rare you can book 1 place for 4 large dogs and we wanted to do something special for my Dads 70th birthday. The whole experience was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Gail and was communicating throughout the booking and arrival. The cottage itself was the perfect size and had everything you need with a large secure garden for the doggies. Perfect location 5 minute walk to the beach and all highly dog friendly. Thank you so much deserves 10 stars not 5. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a fabulous find Neaps was! Such a lovely cosy cottage all on one level, with the added bonus of a huge enclosed garden so that our dog Flash could run around playing with the lovely toys that were left for him, without us having to worry about keeping an eye on him all the time.
We had a daily visit of some inquisitive squirrels and the beautiful flowers in the garden were wonderful at attracting bees.
The hamper was the best we’d ever been left whilst on holiday…and the cottage was absolutely spotless with plenty of room for us two & our large pooch.
We will certainly be back 😊

We had wonderful holiday absolutely loved the cottage it had everything you wanted, they have thought of all you need going that extra mile with dog towels dog treats bowls
Went to Holt several times also Cromer you must go to the Rock Crab food amazing staff lovely , Burnham Market very pretty not forgetting Wells
Be careful of parking we got a ticket but are own fault !
It is exactly what we needed perfect 🤩

Our first Pack Holiday but definitely not our last!! We have just had a fantastic week at Oak Cottage in Happisburgh with human ages ranging from 85 down to 2, together with 6 dogs. A lovely cottage which is extremely dog friendly - the most thought out dog friendly holiday accommodation we've ever stayed at. Everything has been considered - and not having to pack dog beds and throws left us much more room in the car! The garden is extremely secure - our small cocker spaniel who is normally an escape artist couldn't get out anywhere so that alone deserves 5 stars!! The humans are extremely well catered for too. A lovely welcome package on arrival was appreciated. The beach is just a short drive and the dogs are welcome there too. The cafe at Cart Gap beach is lovely and the staff were so so friendly. We ate twice at the Star Inn at Lessingham - fab food, and again so dog friendly. The lovely chef even gave us a large beef joint to take back for the dogs as he didn't want it to go to waste!! We took a day boat trip from nearby Wroxham and they allowed us to take all six dogs on board which was great. We would definitely recommend Oak Cottage - so lovely to find accommodation which takes multiple dogs. My favourite are holidays are with the dogs.
