My review is for the Ghost Tour. I took the Halloween tour with Will. I thoroughly enjoyed Will's storytelling style. Fun way to learn about historical events in Oxford. Would like to have a had print out or other version of the stories that were covered on the tour.

We needed information about the different tours of Oxford as well as other nearby excursions and the best way to travel (and save $ on tickets). Joanna was so knowledgeable and helpful with such a cheerful attitude. She had great suggestions. We took the tour led by an alumni, Lorenzo, who was also fantastic. We learned lots of history in a very fun & entertaining manner. Would highly recommend stopping by for some great information by people who are eager and happy to help 🙂

We really enjoyed our Oxford university tour with Cathy - she was impressively knowledgeable about each of the colleges we visited and also the wider history of Oxford, and a very good communicator too. Hats off also to the staff in the tourist information office / shop too. Very friendly and helpful

There was a very happy atmosphere in the Oxford tourist information. Between Sally and Colin i enjoyed an informative tour taken by Tom who amusing and gave us a wonderful insight into Oxford life. I took Colin’s advice at St Mary’s which I can highly recommend. A wonderful day read had.

The staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful! I had to keep my heavy bags at the tourist info centre for a few hours after move-out of one of the nearby colleges. It was only a fiver for each bag to leave them for the entire day. The staff helped me get my bags out to the street to catch a taxi to the train station and even waited with me until my ride arrived. Thank you for your assistance!

On our first visit to Oxford we headed for the Tourist Information Centre.
The staff were so helpful. Sally listened to our interests, suggested some tours and helped us with the bookings.
She also recommended a place close by where we could enjoy a delicious and inexpensive meal.
We went from being disoriented and unsure of how to spend our time to having a grand time.
Wonderful staff!

Adam was an extraordinary tour guide. He was so informative and answered all questions. He gave us time to look around and explore but also kept the tour moving at a comfortable pace. We absolutely loved our tour with Adam and would highly recommend him to other visitors!!

Very courteous and informative staff. I had no issue paying just £1 for a map as my guide Tilly was so helpful and informed me of all the best places to see (some of which are off the beaten track). She also gave me a great tip where to stop for lunch which was ideally located away from the hustle and bustle.
