I did a RYA Level 1 course here in summer 2025. The instructors were great, they got us on the water quickly. The boats seemed well maintained and I learned a lot. The coaches adapted the teaching to the available wind and work really hard to move everyone around the reservoir. It was loads of fun and I will definitely go back for more.

Friend and I completed a two day powerboating course level 2 here with instructor Stuart, who was absolutely brilliant as a teacher and mentor and calm, reassuring person on the water. All of the Team were enthusiastic and joyful to be around during our time. In the course, we also became friends with the other participants on the course. The food at the restaurant is good and it is recommended that you book your meal in the morning for lunchtime as it does get busy. We will be back for additional courses. This place is highly recommended and the facilities are also great.

Just returned from our Powerboat 2 day course as part of a team building exercise. We had an amazing time. The right mix between theory and lots of boat driving practice in a beautiful location. Paddy, Harry and the team made it so enjoyable.

Really recommend spending 2 days out of the office and gaining a useful skill at the same time.

This is a fabulous place to learn to sail, the instructors are first class and the training boats are excellent. Oxford has a very active sailing club and has something for everyone. Getting the RYA Level Two is the passport to another world, and you won't regret it. The great thing is that after your initial training you can do lots of improver sessions and really learn the nuances of sailing, this is what brings it all to life. They really look out for you at the club, and if you are sailing on your own they will often pop over and give you some tips if they see you doing something wrong. I sailed club Fusion boats for a couple of years and then moved onto an RS Aero which is an amazing boat.

Excellent and well run sailing school! The instructors are wonderful, a good mix of instructor skills / levels making it feel very safe. All the safety kit used and safety boats out on the water. My family has been going for 6 summers now and they will be back again. Sailing, windsurfing and multi activities they have loved them all and always feel like good value for money. They love the pirates days at the end of the week, so they always end on a feel good high. I would highly recommend to everyone kids and adults. The cafe is great too, for preordering hot food lunches. Wi-Fi, nice coffee, breakfasts and homemade cakes to watch them on the water.
