These guys put together a holiday for us to Puglia in Italy. And it was simply AMAZING! The attention to detail we received from the start to the end of the holiday was exceptional. And the places we stayed in were 100% our vibe - which really shows they know their stuff. Thanks so much to Shaye for putting together a truly magical holiday for us - we really are very grateful. Planning a holiday is such a breeze! All I did was say what I wanted and it was done! Flights i wanted - no problem. Change the dates - done. Upgrade the hotel - taken care of. Activities - A full itinerary built around what i want to do. The trip was phenomenal, and thanks to the awesome team at Out of Office all I had to worry about was what to wear. They take the stress out of planning which lets you enjoy your holiday.

There were unexpected surprises especially when arriving in Vietnam from the Fast Track immigration person waiting for us as soon as we got off the plane to the wonderful and educated guides and drivers taking us through all the sites of the beautiful country. The guides in Vietnam seem to know everyone and as a result we've managed to get upgraded (hotel & cruise) in all three cities.
Even though there was a bit of a hiccup in part of our Thailand leg of the journey, a simple message to OutOfOffice got us back on track which shows the professionalism of this company. I would recommend using OutOfOffice 100% especially when venturing to places that you've never been to before. You get your monies worth in the service that they provide.
