The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Carol is an absolute star who has been extremely patient while we chopped and changed on the holidays we wanted. She has also gone out of her way to ensure we get the best possible rates. I must also mention Dianne who was really helpful.

Cannot thank Claire and Kyle from Orrs Travel Holywood, enough! For all their help & knowledge from the very start to the flight being cancelled the night before departure (easy jet cancelled with no explanation) to them both going above and beyond to get us to Paris the next day via Edinburgh, meaning Kyle was up to all hours to accommodate us. He even sent a message to have a brilliant time the morning of departure which really meant so much and made 2 little girls dreams come true after thinking we weren't going to get going at such short notice from the Airline. This was our first family holiday and my last holiday being 12 years ago I was well out of practice and I was just so pleased with the service received from start to finish. Even my silly questions were answered without any judgement 🙈Definitely be booking future holidays with their expert advice at hand. Be prepared to be tortured some more Claire 🤭 Thanks again for everything!

From the moment we entered the very friendly atmosphere was evident. Our enquiry was not the usual I just want a holiday, but Kyle took all in his stride and really went out of his way to research our various possibilities. My wife and I had been struggling to put an itinerary together but by the time we left it was as if a great weight had been lifted off our shoulders. I was very impressed and grateful. Thankyou also to the lady who got up from her desk as soon as we entered and headed off to make us a cup of tea. Service with a smile. Very highly recommended.

Extremely helpful staff. Great expertise on any thing you could ask around travel and holidays and willing to go the extra mile to get you your dream holiday.
Even managed to flawlessly refund our cruise cancellation due to CoViD, advise us on how to best proceed and rebook for next year with great guarantees over our money if it falls through again.

We booked a night at the Slieve Donard hotel after seeing an offer on Facebook from Orrs for £70 each a night for B&B.
It was perfect, two of us ended up with a suite on the top floor! Super king size bed, gorgeous bathroom and furniture. We had such a great time.
