Very professional and well run company. We were picked up at the airport by our driver Susan, who was courteous, warm and a great driver. Maureen from the office was always responsive with emails. From start to finish my friend and I loved our private tour of the Orkneys by cab. Great company.

I would like to say a big thank you, over the last couple of weeks taking me to and from all my appointments and work . It not just getting me to my destination on time it the fact that you always make me feel like I'm the most important customer and nothing is too much. Being a disabled person I never feel like enything is too much even though I need more help than the average passenger. I would highly recommend Brian and the team .

Booked a taxi when I left the airport. Very polite lady on the phone and the taxi arrived very quickly. Driver's name was Derek. He was smart, polite and helped me with my suitcase. My first time in Orkney and they really put my mind at rest with their lovely friendly service.

Excellent service. Eddie picked us up at the port and drove the four of us around various sites and was charming and Informative with lots history and anecdotes about Orkney. Very good service at a reasonable price.

Fabulous service. I hired them for 2.5 hours to take me around Orkney sites and views. Whilst we could not cover everything the driver was a local and informative. Collected and dropped me off at the ferry terminal.

Very professional and friendly service. When picked up for the airport, found that airport was closed. Driver took me back to the office so i wouldn't be in the rain and made me a coffee then took me back out to tha airport as he was going that way. Absolute gentleman. 5* service.

22/8/22 Ambassador Cruise passenger.

A huge thank you to the lovely female taxi driver who got me back to the ship, before it left port.

My phone had died and due to the panic I can't remember her name, I'm sure she won't forget that night lol.

I got to Tickeyboo, Kirkwall just after 6pm. - the courtesy buses had stopped at 6pm and I had missed the last one back to the ship. I thought that I had until 7.30pm to get back on board but was so worried that I couldn't remember clearly.

The man at Tickeyboo phoned Orkney Cabs and they arrived within 5 minutes. The female driver and myself were unsure if the cruise ship was preparing to leave port, as there was smoke and crane activity as we approached, thankfully it was for another ship. She drove alongside the ship and thankfully the gang plank was still in situ and the workers in High Vis explained there was still over an hour before all passengers has to be aboard. I was very relieved and thanked the taxi driver very much.

The last courtesy bus leaves Kirkwall at 6pm. But the passengers have until 7.30pm to get back on board. So this situation may happen repeatedly.

I have told the destinations team on the ship how fantastic Orkney Cabs are and recommended them for staff and future passengers.

Absolutely brilliant cab firm, always on time, lovely people and we didnt use anyone else during our week on Orkney. We were made so welcome to Orkney by them and they made our week memorable.
