We stayed in Owl Cottage, Norfolk a lovely thatched property. The beds were super comfy with good linen. Kitchen well equipped and a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Nice large shower room/ bathroom. The lovely garden was great with outdoor furniture on the patios. Enclosed garden so good for children and pets. Parking for one car. Good size smart tv catered for most needs. Lovely wood burner if needed and central heating too. It is a very quiet area a short drive to local shop which stocked a good range of items as well as being a post office. Not far from major roads to take you to other parts of the county. Very enjoyable holiday

As we live abroad, we needed a team with great local knowledge, patience and ability to manage everything for us - especially this year where we have not been able to travel. Carol and Felicity (and the rest of the team) have been amazing in a difficult year. When we have been allowed to take guests, we have been fully booked and we have felt at ease knowing our property is well looked after.

If you rent your property through them and require the full service be aware that their cleaning charges are extremely high and as we live abroad we felt entirely at their mercy. When my mother in law visited at one point, the place was in a state when the cleaners were meant to have been. They came to us with complaints from tenants like there was no coffee table (there were side tables) and the rug was warn (it was a brand new ‘distressed style’ rug), things that they really didn’t need to bother us with. We ended up at a loss renting through them.

Nous réservons depuis plusieurs années par le biais de Best of Brighton pour nos vacances dans le Sussex ou le Kent et l'équipe est toujours très efficace , professionnelle et très sympathique. Les cottages réservés sont parfaits ils correspondent exactement au descriptif du site . L'année dernière nous avons dû annuler pour raison de COVID et là aussi tout s'est très bien passé Merci à toute l'équipe
