We have just returned from a dream holiday, travelling Route 66 from Chicago to LA on a Harley Davidson with a group of fabulous people. It is hard to put into words what an amazing time we have had. We were pretty sure it would be good but this was over and above what we expected. We had a blast, days were filled with travel, adventure, food and general enjoyment. Our guides Gary (Bear) and Matt were dedicated to ensuring we had the best time and that we were kept safe – goes without saying they succeeded! We were told that the Orange and Black tour differed from others like chalk and cheese! Above all we were told that Orange and Black’s route covered more of the original Route 66 road than others and wherever possible the original road was ridden. Our guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about the trip and it seemed they were focused on ensuring our trip was memorable. They wanted us to discover the real American people and took us to places we would not have found on our own in the time allowed. We would thoroughly recommend doing a tour with Orange and Black and have begun saving for our next trip! We would like to thank Bear and Matt for going above and beyond to ensure we all had a fantastic time.

Just got back a week ago Chicago to L A. This has been the most fantastic holiday I have ever had. Bear & Matt are well ahead of their game. The knowledge they have for the roads, safety of all the riders, where to go for dinner at night etc etc etc. They looked after us as if we were all family. Highly recommend Orange & black to go for if U are thinking of touring the USA . Top marks all round & met fantastic friends as well. Nice one Gary (bear) & Matt.

We have just returned from Rocky Mountain High, our second tour with Orange & Black. Both riding with no complaints about the motorbikes.

Highly recommend this tour, natural America with amazing views around every corner! The wildlife was a treat to see, the family of brown bears were a privilege to watch. The weather was a real mix from snow at the top of Bear Tooth pass to temperatures just under 100f in Moab, but Bear (Gary) really looked after us ensuring we kept warm or cool and hydrated.

Both Bear & Matt worked hard to ensure we had the best experience. Bear’s knowledge held no bounds,, whilst Matt done a great job in the back up van, Lugging our luggage and keeping the much needed water stocks up. Picnics worked perfectly on some of the days and our evening meals always provided a healthy option!

Orange & Black give a great personal experience, the follow up call from David on our return just adds to the great customer service.

Just back from Route 66 & what a blast ! Cannot keep saying it enough. We had absolutely THE BEST time. Bear & Matt were fantastic guides ( is there nothing they don’t know ?! ) who very quickly became our buddies. Any little pre-trip concerns were obliterated within hours of arrival. We had a great group of riders & we cannot thank you all enough , O & B “behind the scenes“ team , you did a fab job & Bear & Matt , you go way beyond expectations & we will be back ! This is certainly a boxed ticked, a real challenge, great group, just make sure you know your Harleys and get it as comfortable as possible, my error as I went for looks, a big boo boo, lucky spare bike was much better comfort wise, Gary (bear) was fantastic and took a good ribbing and gave it out also, and looked after us all the way, I made some great friends, remember to get some souvenirs I didn't and regret that.

Route 66 Original, this was a trip of a lifetime and was everything that was expected, hoped for and more.. The route and scenery speaks for itself. That why we signed up, we were fortunate also to have a decent 50/50 group mix, young and young at heart ? but the O&B planning, organisation and timing was immaculate, our guide Bear Fleshman was quality, 1st class and knowledge of the route second to none, both historical and practical, it can be a taxing ride at times, rough old road, thunder storms, blistering heat so knowing where and when to stop to ensure safety, comfort of the group can only come with the experience of someone like Bear. A big shout to our support element also in Shay who made sure we transitioned day to day, hotel to hotel seamlessly, we were all fed and watered and provided the all important end of ride beers each evening. .. would definitely go back for another tour, this was a trip that wont be forgotten.

Faultless from start to finish! Could not of done it with anyone better than O&B! They accommodated for absolutely everyone and nothing was too big or too small for bear and shay! If i could do all of them i would!

We were looking forward to riding Harley Davidson's across route 66 as booked and paid for through Orange and Black but imagine our disappointment when arriving in Chicago to be given BMW's instead. I will be using Eagle Rider in future to guarantee the choice of motorcycle is what we booked and not a poor substitute.
