One world travel are not there when you need them when I first booked they were great. They answer all your questions giving you hope that you’ve booked with the right company. I went to Thailand. The first Hotel was lovely. The second looked like a concrete jungle. There was no bar there was no way you could meet other people other than on a fake picture so they took the best angle they Could sugar cliffhanger don’t bother we were booked in at the elephant Hills we are brother and sister the elephant hills itself was amazing when I booked. I booked two rooms in all the places we were staying at they didn’t book 2 rooms and expected us to pay for the second Finally after many phone calls they answered the phone and said they would look into it. They made out that they were doing as a favour when we was going to our Next adventure, there was no paperwork they expected us to wait 15 hours at the airport for a taxi When I got back to my Hotel , we had been in a transfer that got stopped by the police and they had no insurance booked by one world travel What if there had been an accident? I don’t suppose we would have been in insured we were then expected to wait seven hours at the airport for our plane. This was my special birthday and we’ve saved out a year and a half. I sent them 150texs in total and I have pictures of every single one of them we were told it’s not the colleagues fault he hasn’t got back to us. His family had a problem and then we were told he left. How is that? Our problem? After many discussions they said that they would send us compensation providing we took our posts down. I said I’ll take the post down once I receive the compensation as you can see that is still not happened. They said they were a young company and they needed good reviews well if a company needs good reviews maybe they should run the company better and they should answer the phone especially when people need help. I still haven’t received compensation. They promised when I say they Rex left the company and max is the company boss so when you read your reviews of a paid for are they bribed to take Down bad reviews because compensation has been paid do not book with this company

Last March, I booked a dream holiday to Thailand, only to have it cancelled a few days before departure. I had meticulously planned my itinerary, specifying preferred destinations and accommodations. Instead, I was placed in extremely remote areas. As a solo traveler, I was forced to rebook accommodations, incurring additional expenses of approximately £1200-£1500. My flights were altered from direct to ones with a layover, one lasting five and a half hours, resulting in a 26-hour journey home instead of the planned 16 hours. The uncertainty of my travel plans until five days before departure caused significant stress, despite my expectations of a stress-free experience with this company. My eight days near Patong were reduced to one night in the north, with nothing within a 30-minute taxi ride. My planned three nights in Patong became one night at a hotel they booked, and I had to pay extra to change locations to avoid spending seven nights alone in an unsuitable hotel.

In Krabi, my request for Ao Nang accommodation was changed to Krabi City, 2.3km from the main market, despite my preference for beach walks. Krabi City lacks a beach, and the walk to the main city was along a dual carriageway. Attempting to change hotels myself proved impossible due to Christmas week bookings. I spent an additional £500 for a two-night stay in Ao Nang to avoid being isolated in a distant hotel.

My New Year's Eve in Bangkok was disappointing. My planned accommodation in Chinatown was changed to a location 45 minutes by taxi from the city center, making it impractical to visit. To salvage some semblance of a city experience, I had to book another night, incurring further expenses to avoid lengthy travel times.

I repeatedly contacted the company, sending multiple messages inquiring about the situation.

The entire experience was extremely unpleasant. My original holiday cost was £2400 with direct flights, but the changes resulted in an additional £1500 in expenses for hotels, taxis, and the hassle of finding alternative accommodations, along with significant time spent traveling. This was all due to the significant changes in locations from my original choices to far less desirable ones.

Then I was promised a voucher not post this and guess what they blooked me off whats app.

Please do not use this company. They a 1 star rip offs.

Rex is amazing
After looking at many holidays, I decided to get in touch with this company. I had many questions and Rex had many answers. I paid my deposit. He got the holiday that I wanted. I haven’t been on it yet. I’m due to go January 2025 for my birthday with my stepbrother, we’re stopping at four places, including Elephant hills 3 three out of the four hotels look super superb. One is room only with bed and breakfast but for two nights I don’t have a problem with that I do have a problem so I need an assistance which is also not a problem. I asked Rex to include all transfers, and I wanted a total payment which she did and they’ve allowed us to pay off in instalments which I took the option because the money is in my account, then someone else’s I’ve since called Rex ask him a few questions again, he’s give me the answers that I need so far so good happy happy happy I will write another review when I come back but if you’re a bit sceptical like I was to start with I did do quite a homework and I did read the reviews, but at the moment I’m very pleased that I booked with this company and I recommend Rex 100%

Horrible experience! I gave them all the details about my trip, flight and hotels, they first agreed that they could book it for me, then after I payed my deposit of £2700, I had to chase them for the vouchers and they were all wrong, so I complained, but the flight that I wanted went up in price and they wanted to charge me extra for it, so I just ask for my deposit back;
At first they said that it was not possible but after all of their mistakes they finally agreed! I had to chase them for my deposit. After 9 days i didn't hear anything back, so I contacted my bank and nothing was set up to return so I threatened them with reporting them for fraud and then magically the next day I got my money back!
Never again, almost 1 month of losing my time to organize my trip with them for nothing! Not happy at all and I would not recommend them to anyone
