2023 was the year that I “discovered” One Traveller and I am fortunate enough to have done two wonderful trips. In March I went to Egypt, doing “Cairo and Nile Cruise”, and in September I was in the USA on the first ever OT trip on the new “Rocky Mountaineer and National Parks” trip. Both holidays were outstanding and I was delighted to be part of lovely groups with excellent Tour Managers. I am already booked for Jordan in April 2024 and there will be others, I am sure.

Sadly I would not offer this company any stars.
A totally bad experience. My first complaint was ignored by their Director.
Have been in dispute since March but getting nowhere.
The company are holding my £500 deposit as credit for a future holiday with them. Why would I want one ?
My flight to Japan as advertised in their brochure was changed to an indirect flight with a time shift of over 12 hours. This is a major change according to One Traveller’s Terms and Conditions but OT insist it is not a major change !

It is a shame there is not a Travel Ombudsman !

Have had some fabulous holidays with One Traveller. Always seem to be a 'cut above the rest' such as Just You, Saga Singles etc. Attention to detail, quality and really good local guides makes them my top choice for a singles holiday. Having a dedicated Tour Manager with you at all times is really special, and they have an excellent team of Tour Managers who are really dedicated to the job, let alone an efficient team back at the main office in the UK who sort everything out for you. Was impressed the first time I used One Traveller for a trip to the USA, and have returned time and again for trips to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, USA (again) and now Costa Rica. Highly recommended.

I travelled to Slovenia with One Traveller earlier this year. From the time you book the service is superb! The tour manager makes contact before the trip to check that you have no queries. They meet you at the airport and deal with checking in and it continues from then until return. The hotel was good quality and our tour guide dealt with any issues the hotel missed. The trips were all fantastic and restaurants good. Socialising was encouraged but not forced!
Have booked with them for my trip of a lifetime next year!

Had a wonderful fortnight in Morocco in October under the magnificent leadership of Jill Kogler and Zahir! When our flight back to London was cancelled due to sandstorms, Jill was a complete star in getting Air Maroc to arrange a night’s accommodation and transport for 30 of us.

Until the beginning of 2021and after about 16 tours with OneT this was a 5*+ company. Staff changes and what seems like a rapid expansion have resulted in a slight deterioration of service and standards. Still a very good company though, and for me, still my first choice.

Having enjoyed nine previous holidays with this company, I was surprised and disappointed by their response when something went disastrously wrong. A trip to Stockholm was largely spoiled by the very sub standard hotel which was situated in the nightlife district and resulted in practically no sleep for the entire week. On our return the company was deluged with complaints but took some considerable time to acknowledge or respond to those complaints. To their credit future trips to Stockholm have now changed and a different hotel booked. However, they have still not adequately addressed the compensation issue nor delivered a proper apology for what was the holiday from hell.
