Following getting quotes online, the next day I received a call from
SG4.His help in setting up a policy for my new car was first class. He went through everything with me to ensure I was happy. Within an hour I had received emails with log in details for the portal which led to all the information I needed.

I got in touch with this company today to discuss my renewal. I spoke on chat to an agent “ MB1”
I now know this to be somebody called MIA. She was extremely helpful and handled my query professionally and quickly.

Due to receiving an email stating that my no claims discount was wrong and that I would be charged an additional amount on my policy, I spent well over an hour messaging an agent and forwarding proof of my no claims on Saturday to be told that the details I had initially forwarded were right and your database had not updated the no claims.
Your message made me feel as if I was misleading you and that I would be financially punished for this.
Possibly a quick phone call or an email worded in a different way would have been a better way to approach this issue.
Thankfully now after 2 different conversations I have managed to clear this issue up.

Received renewal quote which I deemed to high. Rang ‘one call’ opted for a call back to avoid being held in a queue (which was a plus) Call duly received. Helpful and efficient agent. Price dropped by £40. Happy days
