These are bikes you would see exported to Africa maybe, though I doubt anyone there would want them either. They are far from roadworthy. We rented three bikes and all of them had extremely worn tires and various levels of damage, including gears that didn't work, steering that wasn't straight, and other broken or missing parts.

Great service from a friendly, efficient team. Prices were so reasonable and the staff had us on bikes in a matter of minutes. We were able to leave a bag behind at the shop to save carrying it on a hot day which was so helpful. Bike hire gave us a chance to explore the full island and On Your Bike had loads of options to choose from to ensure there was something for everyone available. Will definitely use them again next time.

Fun, friendly, and the best way to see Millport!

Hired bikes from On Your Bike in Millport and had such a great experience! Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bikes were in excellent condition. The route around the island is stunning easy to follow with gorgeous coastal views, seals, and lots of spots to stop and take in the scenery. Perfect for all ages and abilities. Prices were fair and the process was quick. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Millport it’s the best way to explore the island!

Brilliant service yesterday we were over to do a cycle around the island on behalf of my sister who sadly passed away 2months ago , she always took the kids over and hired a bike for the day so we as family went over and done it yesterday and got an amazing service from the shop they were really helpful even tho we were a large group they sorted us all out without any issues thank you again see you next year 😀🚴

My daughters and I had a lovely time riding round Cumbrae. The bikes were great and really reasonably priced. The scenery is magnificent, and the pace of cycling is the perfect way to see it. The road was very quiet and easy enough to ride. We encountered only a handful of cars, and they gave way to us, as cyclists! On Your Bike - Highly recommended. 🙂

Absolutely smashed it round the island on a seven seater "conference" bike. My kids called it the land octopus. We did 10 miles in 2 hours and we were pedalling pretty hard with 6 of us. Kids and adults. It was great fun for everyone. I would do this again. Staff were really friendly and it was a good 2 hours and cost £60 for the 2 hours. Core memories were made by all. Don't try this if your kids are weak or under 12 you will regret it. We had a few fit teenagers doing most of the work.
