We paid £1700 for all inclusive to Turkey, we flew with Pegasus airline. You can’t do online check until 24 hrs before flight. ( remember this at the hotel ). You are then charged £60 extra as you MUST pay for seats !
While in Turkey I’ve been trying to contact ‘on the beach for over 8 hours’. Nothing at all.
One reply on Facebook saying, send us a message ! 2 hours later nothing.
Certainly not a company I can recommend, really poor customer service. And hidden charges !!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in a long time.

Booked a very expensive package holiday with them. Then a few days before departure date they said we can't have the magical hotel we booked and just downgraded us into a far worse hotel with barely the same facilities and a worse room.

Now with only 18 hours until 'departure' we haven't had a single reply! We don't know if they're going to refund us or not or if the holiday is cancelled!

Avoid this agent!

Booked a Holiday on thier Website 30th June 2020 - £1380 for myself and my two sons 14 and 15 - 10 days in Costa Brava Spain. My sons were delighted. 36 hours later an Agent from On The Beach called to cancel the deal. Sons both gutted! How can a company Advertise holidays on a website for prices that arent correct and Holidays which dont exist? This company should go bust. Do the general public/cusumers and disappointed kids a big favour!!!
