Absolutely awful experience, from the beginning to the end. Booked a small group tour for my parents. Guide in London was half an hour late on the first day, then without any notification, changed our local guide to a student. The student acted as the driver and the tour guide but often got lost and couldn't provide any insights to the attractions. He dropped my parents off and went to park. It was a struggle to find him back each time. He also missed a few key attractions. Accommodation was underwhelming. I paid more for the small group tour but ended up getting much worse service than the cheaper big tour. My parents did not enjoy any bit of their trip and was very happy to make it home in one piece. Huge let down.

might be the worst travel agency in the world. First my payment didn't go through and they've sent me a dodgy "alternative" payment link. So I went by the office. An around 75 year old man, managed to hit around 1 key per second on his keyboard tried to find my details in their data base. He then received a phone call by another customer and started to look for a flight for this new customer at the same speed. after around 10 minutes of him being on the phone I've asked if it would take much longer. He said "yes, it's a customer and I know him." I just walked out.

Their emails bounce back, as they don't even bother to update their website apparently.

Very disappointed. The accommodations provided were really awful. Imagine after a long day, you still had to carry your 20kg luggage all the way to 4th floor and only found that there were no air conditioner at the mid of June! It was 34 degrees outside! Breakfast was not even acceptable. See the photos yourself.
