We had booked a 3 week holiday but due to unforeseen circumstances had to return home after a couple of days. Our rep Olivia Dimitrakopoulos in Athens was brilliant. She sorted out everything that needed sorting and was in touch with us the whole time. The Olympic team could not have been more helpful. They made everything so much easier for us

Interesting reading the reviews. Because some are absolutely shocking and some amazing. We are more inclined towards the latter.

One minuscule problem was that we wanted quiet hotels/resorts. Out of the four destinations Olympic planned (Athens, plus three ‘less-touristy’ islands) one was actually more of a family resort. Ironically, after staying there, we loved the staff and its position, overlooking a beautiful bay. So it wasn’t really a problem after all.

David (Olympic rep in the UK) and Olivia (when we were actually on the holiday), were great. My wife booked the holiday and thought the staff were friendly, polite and open to suggest things and change plans.

There was another female rep I spoke to in Greece and she was nice too, but as mentioned Olivia was the one we had most contact with and she was super.

The best thing however, was the organisation. I was worried most about getting from say, a rural hotel to a ferry on time. I shouldn’t have. We were looked after at every stage, by professional, polite and friendly staff. We were met on landing at the airport, taken to a smart driver of a lovely vehicle, driven to the hotel and so it continued.

Always collected on time, when leaving our hotel, we would be taken to the ferry, met when we got off, etc, for all our islands, all our hotels, right up to being dropped outside airport departures for our flight home. All tickets were organised in advance and it really was seamless.

Very impressive. First time we have booked such a package and we think it was worth the money.

Shocking experience with Jo on Paxos. Zero empathy for any issues we encountered. Shocking communication with third parties involved. Advised that we leave early on the final day to get back to Corfu 12 hours before our flight only for us to see multiple boats come back and forth from Paxos.

This was meant to be our honeymoon and not one person we encountered was aware in the hotel or otherwise. All you are is a number to these lot and an overpriced one at that.

Organise the transfers and flight yourselves and get an Airbnb, you’ll have a far better time.

We had been looking so forward to this trip and expected really good service for what we paid for the week, circa £3000.

Paxos is a beautiful island with amazing food and things to do and we will definitely be going back, but I’d rather stab myself in the eyes than work with Olympic again, if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

This company used to be great, but I have had a terrible experience with them recently. I am a solo female traveller. I went to Corfu with them. The transfer bus dropped me at the wrong place. They dropped me at 2.00am, at the end of a dirt track and told me that my accommodation was 200 metres down the track. There was no accommodation down there, so a kind tourist put me up for the night in their room. In the morning, when I finally got hold of Olympic Holidays and someone came to get me, it transpired that the transfer bus had dropped me at the bottom of the wrong street. I cannot tell you how frightening it was to be dropped at 2.00am at the bottom of a dirt track, with dogs barking, and no accommodation in sight.
The accommodation was very basic; poor hot water supply, and wild lizards in room. Very poor response from the post departures team on my return, re the transfer bus dropping me at the wrong place. They blamed me and said that it was my responsibility for not phoning the emergency number. My phone had no roaming data. It was their responsibility to drop me in the correct place, and they didn’t. If you are a solo female traveller, please avoid this company. They didn’t look after me, and they have a terrible attitude re putting things right. I won’t go near them again. It’s a shame, because they used to be wonderful. Poor customer service.

Having travelled with them many times I would normally have given five stars, but as I am still waiting for a refund from a holiday booked last November 2019 and to have be enjoyed in June 2020 I think one star is too much. I have chased, rung and emailed for our £2660 to be refunded without success. Be careful when booking and read the small print, it’s so important in these times. To rub it in they are still sending me holidays information for next year, Olympic Holidays give me my money back!

I don't often review however, in this case it is necessary. The summary: Olympic holidays let us know 3 days before our holiday that our hotel was overbooked, offered an unsuitable alternative even though the original hotel still had space and now we are 1 day before flying still have not confirmed we have somewhere to stay! Longer version: We spent a long time researching and selected our original hotel based on location, reviews and adults only. We were offered an alternative in a completely different location non adults only with poorer reviews. This would also have meant loosing our hire car as they don't cover that area etc. I called the original hotel, they still had space although would have meant to change rooms a few times, this on balance is our preferred option so we instructed our travel agent who informed Olympic. We have still not had confirmation that this has been actioned, we fly tomorrow, the hotel now has even less space and so we will have to spend some of our holiday in a sister hotel. I have asked for escalation via our travel agent,via Instagram, on the phone and have been met with mixed attitudes and dulled enthusiasm for sorting this issue.
To put this in figures I've sent 20+ emails called the hotel in Greece 4 times, called my travel agents and olympic 20+ times, not the ideal start to a holiday!

We used Olympic for our wedding at the Aresti Piano Restaurant & Bar in Zante which was booked totally blindly and the day went superbly, to plan with everything coming together in the best way. With the help of Helen and Rachel (who were both present on the day) to coordinate, we were able to pre-plan the finer details to enhance our special day which were all taken into account. Greek service hospitality can often seem over relaxed, slack with time management and under-focused but our concerns & anxieties were all managed well by the team(s) involved. We would definitely recommend Olympic & the venue team(s) who did a solid job, based on our experience alone.
