Lovely holiday apartment, the facility is good, however, even you have a reserved parking place for your car, some people still don't bother park at your place when you come back with your car someone's car already parked at your reserved place that you paid for it. Terrible! Your holiday mood just got ruined!

We was made to wait until 5pm to check-in so they could do extra cleaning. When we arrived they had not cleaned the room, bins still full, beds not made or changed, dirty towels in the rooms, hair in the bath, floors dirty and far from being luxury..........we waited nearly 2 hours for the caretaker to either move us or clean the room before we lost patience and went elsewhere. Shocking to say the least especially when we have a 6&8 yr old and had just drove 4hrs to get there.

Mushrooms growing out of walls due to damp, awful unprofessional management team. Numerous issues with the property which were never resolved. Parking is awful, far from luxury.
