I had an amazing 6 months stay in Dundee. Neil is super nice and helpful. He will answer your inquiries within one day and fix the problem as soon as possible.
The room is spacious and neat. I feel so warm even when I am apart from my home city. Overall the stay is pleasant. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. 🙂

Excellent service from Neil who is a very nice man! Very good and clear communication from Neil who responds very promptly. The check in was simple and flexible. Prices are competitive. We stayed in two properties. The one on Blackness Road is a short walking distance from the Perth Road which has nice cafes and restaurants. This flat has been nicely furnished and refreshed. I would recommend it as a good option for both a short and longer stays.

Flat is perfectly situated for the city centre, and has everything you need for a stay away from home. There is also a beautiful view out of the bedroom and kitchen windows onto local allotments. Neil is excellent at communicating and answering any queries quickly before and during the stay. Have already booked to stay again.

I had a great experience staying in this property. It was a really lovely flat, was warm and cosy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location as it was a short walk into the town centre. Neil was also great as he was easy to contact and responded very quickly. I highly recommend staying here for short or long breaks.

Fantastic stay.
Me and my partner were between houses for nearly 8 weeks, so this place was a godsend for us.
Great location right beside the beach and local restaurants.
Neil was very helpful with any questions we had, also offered to help us out if we needed to stay longer. Couldn’t recommend more!

Neil is a great host & property is ideal, so much so I immediately contacted him to make a 2nd booking when I had to return to Dundee without even considering looking for alternatives. He was always available to answer all of my questions. Flat had a good stock of treats & supplies so we didn't have to rush out & buy stuff for breakfast when we arrived late in the evening. Location was brilliant, free on street parking, very close to city centre, 5 minutes walk to the uni main campus, bus stop just around the corner. Takeaways, corner shop, bakery, pharmacy all within immediate vicinity of flat. Sainsbury's & various restaurants, pubs all within 5 minutes walk. Large park & free tennis courts just up the hill. Hospital about 7 minutes drive in the morning if in town to work there & preffering to stay in a bit of comfort. Would recommend to anyone in town for a short or long stay. (Note for mobility impaired, we stayed in 3rd floor flat access stairs only, but I believe he has other properties so would be worth asking what's available if ground floor / lift access needed)
