Having signed up to this company through the tourist board I have found that when they make a mistake and owe you money they refuse to refund it as it is against their T&C's. I have cancelled my DD and will now pay by invoice until the end of our annual subscription then cancel all together.

If you want to colaborate with a comapny that dominates you then you will get on just fine otherwise stay clear as they think they can take your money without having to refund it if it's their error
