NUCO Support has been disappointing. Our room has been getting unwarranted disturbance complaints from NUCOs security even though it has been very quiet and people were brushing their teeth’s. We did not get any supprt from NUCO to resolve this issues and are each getting fined 75 pounds. I would not recommend this agency.

We received multiple noise complaints without any reason. No justification provided from NUCOs side. Additionally NUCO withheld one key and failed to give it to us despite us contacting them ~10 times. Really bad experience and worst customer support. Cannot recommend NUCO to anyone.

I’ve worked with NUCO for years and their team are superb. Finn and Emmy have both helped me put together holidays for 20, and 40+. Really recommend for anyone who finds themselves as the organiser of ski holidays and wants to streamline the whole process.

Disgraceful travel agency. Paid for a trip to Val Thorens with my university, as well as the supposed Tier 2 accomodation upgrade (extra £110, overall trip £800+). Ended up sleeping in a room without a 4th wall (had a wardrobe door instead that didn't reach the ceiling, so light noise and smell from the kitchen filtered into the room), had no floor space at all, had no ceiling light, plug sockets, or radiator.

Apartment also lacked hot water for 2 days.

NUCO refuses to listen to any of these issues and instead keeps parroting their idiotic policy line that "Tiers are based on residence and there may be variation between them". Even if true, this policy doesn't negate any of the issues listed above. I wouldn't expect to lack hot water or a radiator whether or not I paid for the accomodation upgrade. Horrendous customer service and have never had a travel agency this incompetent/amateur before - appears to me that NUCO believes that they're simply able to fleece students.

We just had our TUDublin ski trip last week (15th-22nd Jan) in Pas de la Casa and it was brilliant!

We had the pleasure of working with Brad Keens who was our account manager. As the organizer for the university, I personally found Brad was incredible support at answering any queries and problems I had, and helping me sort out any issues that arose. He always replied to us as soon as he could, even if it was out of office hours, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and to us as a committee.

On the trip itself, we were joined by Lewis, Sebastian, and Gemma, our NUCO reps, who all couldn't have been more helpful. They were very professional and discreet for any issue that arose and I couldn't commend them higher. Not only are they great reps, but they are also really good friends as well, and we had a lot of fun on the slopes!

Joe, the Security and Welfare Officer from Eame Hill, couldn't have been lovelier and always made sure to look out for ourselves and the reps, making sure we were always ok and enjoying ourselves, along with putting people in their place when needs be (which was also very appreciated).

All five of the team are incredible assets to your company, and I hope to see and work with them again!

I have never stayed somewhere so disgusting and dirty in my life i was honestly so shocked that the conditions were even humane. For the amount we paid we should got a wayyy better experience and this was what everyone said. The NUCO representatives are very disrespectful and i even heard one of them talking about me at the party. The NUCO rep who gave us our ski passes told us hes hungover and still drunk and the passes are for discounted drinks so we was literally going to throw them away? Anyways we went to get new ones and we were told we should have taken a picture of our passes and now we need to pay £200 for a new one. I asked everyone and they had no idea that they had to take a picture. It diid write in small on the NUCO app that we should have taken a picture OR have our receipt which is so unclear as anyone would just assume this is the receipt for the NUCO TRIP or the ski pass barcode on the app? Anyways we called NUCO and they said our reps told everyone in person to take a picture of the passes. Not one person i asked told me that their reps had told them that. The lady on the phone got very defensive and rude so i just hung up. You can see from how they reply to reviews that they will do anything just to not take responsibility. The reps are all unprofessional and literally doing nastyy things i wont even mention here.
