DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Absolutely terrible company. We were left stuck abroad and delayed 5 days. I have submitted a claim and we haven't heard anything back. Do not use this company complete waste of time and money. Claim now submitted over a month ago we are due £200 per person as per the policy states. Please respond asap.

Terrible service!! Claiming a minimal amount after being stuck in spain due to afrench airline strike. Started the claim 6mths ago, sent every detail numerous times, and each time they send asking for details i get a standard email saying it will be passed on to an assessor. The phone line is a joke . Said they would phone back after waiting 45 mins on the phone!! Still waiting 4 days later!! After paing for an annual policy i am glad it was not a more serious claim. Never again

Don't go near this company, sent every required by recorded delivery over 5 weeks ago and not even a confirmation that the claim is logged!! Can't get through on phones as tried most days, tried email to be told wrong department and forwarded on but would give me any timescales other than 31 days which has been and gone. Emailed eight team but still no response a week later! Just feel like it's a massive scam and so grateful nothing serious happened whilst away as whete would we be!!

Great service! We travelled to Majorca in May this year and chose Now for our travel insurance. It was very straight forward and quick to set up. Good customer service and felt as though we were covered by a great company if unfortunately anything were to happen.

I purchased travel insurance from Now Travel Insurance due to the 5 star rating they have. When on our honeymoon, I was robbed of all of my possessions in front of my eyes while alone with my toddler. I didn't have any basics such as nappies, contact lenses, medication, all our clothes, nothing. We lost irreplaceable things such as my husbands work laptop, hard drives with years worth of work, and memories, camera, my watch, a huge list. It absolutely violated and devastated us. Now after a 6 week delay in responding, which they blame on covid (perhaps you need more staff? Covid's been ongoing for nearly 3 years) have said they are rejecting my claim, due to my belongings being unattended. This is incorrect, and not factual and I suggest they read the police report again.

Quick enough to take my money for insurance and trying to find any reason to not pay out.

Terrible experience when claiming. Still fighting for a claim in 2021 and the excuses of we'll get back to you when we can due to high demand is very poor - general lack of response to emails and demand not to call in. I won't be recommending or using this company again.

Do not take insurance from this company it is a total scam. My sister has an ongoing illness (cushings disease) she had brain surgery 3 months ago. We took out insurance with this company as there is always a possibility of taking sick and needing medical attention straight away which in our case happened. We went to Marbella for 3 nights and on the night before we were due to come home my sister took sick she started to go down hill very fast. I phoned my holiday company first they advised me to phone the insurance and the insurance company would arrange an ambulance, so I done as advised, what came after was a total nightmare the insurance company got the hotel to phone the ambulance they told the ambulance to bring us to a state hospital were no one spoke English they didn't know my sisters illness she was put in a seat in a massive waiting area in which we could not be with her and was left, thankfully we have friends back in Belfast who are Spanish and got in contact with the hospital and put a long story short she was given the treatment she needed. While this was all going on I was speaking with fred at the insurance company who was telling me that I could not transfer my sister to a private hospital as the insurance company had to do there research before deciding whether they would cover my sister, even though on her insurance she declared that she was ill that she had a condition and this was the whole point of taking out the insurance. To be frank, don't waste your money on this disgraceful company. unfortunately there is no option to give no stars...so one by default

I've used Now Travel insurance for 2 years now and they have been excellent to me. The service is outstanding and the staff are amazing. Brilliant company and very well respected. I highly recommend them 👍
