I popped in after a disappointing experience at Hay's Travel and I was greeted by Rachel (I am sure that was her name). Rachel made notes of exactly what we wanted and where we had in mind. We decided to have a look in other travel shops but we ended up returning 2 days later and booked our holiday with Sue who was professional and really friendly. I will definitely be returning to book here for future holidays!
