Spotted these guys on Facebook last year for a cruise and stay in USA/Caribbean at a great price. After some discussion arranging travel arrangements we booked. They were great start to finish loved the fact we had flexibility with payment over 6 months. We loved the holiday and will certainly look to use them again.

O wow I would like a big thank you to James
Because he didn’t see mine mam as wheels but a person all day we went all the over to find perfect holiday no one didn’t want to help us . So I thought this is the time chance to find perfect holiday so James did it o wow someone that see mine mam as a person well done . Also he was only one to go out of his way to ring tui as well to find if holiday was ok for me and mam for her needs . We don't book anywhere else! They meet my physical disability needs and the needs of out large family including my 4 year old son who has non-verbal autism and requires 1-1 support on the airline at all times. We've went through them 3 times and about to again this year. Nothing is too much hassle and we are always well looked after.

This has been a joke The cruise had to be cancelled as the ship is not what they said it would be I have lost £400 trading standards and Citizens advice Have said this was wrong I have been told I will get a refund in five days for the rest of my money now been told it will take longer than that because they have not got the money Braehead travel have it because I did it online I would never book this company again it’s a the joke and I would certainly not recommend them I would also not trust anything Royal Caribbean says as they promised the ship was updated and refurbished and this has not happened but refuse to give a refund so we have lost £400 deposit
