I had the immense pleasure of dealing with Sue at Cramlington when I went to book our honeymoon.
We were lucky to avail of a voucher my wonderful daughter and her beau had arranged as a wedding present for us.
Sue immediately remembered my daughter and her beau arranging the voucher and enquired about our wedding and how they were doing?
Amazing!
After the showing of many photos and telling my romantic story Sue immediately made sure that all of our needs were met.
Even more amazing was my phone call later ensuring that all of my assistance needs at the airport would be taken care of. Superb!

I was looking for inspiration for a holiday, So when I passed the new holiday shop in Cramlington, their window was full of amazing offers (which no one else has in their windows). So I popped in and got served by a lad. He was friendly and helpfull and knew exactly what i was looking for. Needless to say , I walked away with a holiday and I have him looking at more holidays for me too. Thank you, I cant wait to be away again!

I was looking for a family holiday and happen to pass the new travel agents in Manor Walks, The shop looked really nice, so decided to pop in. I have to say that the service was great and nothing was a bother for them. I walked out happy and with a family holiday. Fantastic shop, booked a holiday suggested by an agent, who was just excellent. Customer service is top notch and really great deal on my holiday, can’t wait to go away and know if I had any issues I can sort directly with a person and not via emails. Just wish I could rate this shop higher, will be booking again.
