Doesn't have nearly enough staff to deal with the issues it needs to deal with. Far more people employed to sell football tat in the same building.
The bus system is the sole thing the council does well, and the people who buy their tickets ahead of time ensure it stays profitable and should get swifter service.

Thank you Jade, you were very helpful today in rectifying my son's Robin Hood card problem. I really appreciate the help to provide him with the correct card. I explained that when we visited in October, the woman who had served us had been unhelpful. You were the opposite and I am very grateful.

Extremely small place, hard to find and long queues. Bad experience with my card and my sons new card, paid to top up both and paid by visa but cards not topped up, so left struggling with disabled and seriously with no working cards, and no money on me to get home last Friday. No refund, not even a sorry despite evidence, so beware and check, would if worked of saved me money, instead totally out of pocket, no help, and nearly killed me with stress on top of been ill. Never again will I trust Robin Hood network staff or cards, their machines on streets don't work in my area and too ill to stand an hour to sort it out, no doubt Rob me again. Disgusted but then run by Nottingham City Council, what more can I say

A small travel centre office run by Nottingham City Council which is located within Victoria Bus Station, Nottingham, at the very end of the station (adjacent to platform 1), where one needs to visit to apply for a Robin Hood card for the first time. They help set up the Pay-As-You-Go, monthly as well as Direct Debit Season cards and also provide information on bus routes and services available from Victoria Bus Station. They also provide replacement cards for lost or damaged Robin Hood cards.

Got robbed getting new card for my son and my robinhood card, supposed to of put on money on both cards to travel, but came to use both dats later, no money was on them. Couldn't check cards prior to use as no machines work in ng8, so was stuck to get home while dangerously ill with a disabled child. And despite paying for visa I cannot get it sorted? Queued over half an hour, to be treated like I was useless by woman who served me yet she couldnt do her job oroperly and I lost £30, no refund for missing money on cards, seems its supposedly my fault... beware.
