Why hadn't I used Theresa expertise for book the family before. Years of searching travel company's sites spending hours to an 20 minute call with Theresa. Absolutely hassle and stress free. Theresa listened to what kind of holiday I was looking for. The holiday matched exactly what I was looking for. I had payment option plans too. I’d highly recommend using Theresa Kelly at Not Just Travel Wanderlust. This was my second trip booked with her.
For this trip, Theresa sorted out everything for our holiday to Greece including private transfers, extra legroom on the plane, etc. Communication was great. Theresa is friendly, professional and very quick to respond. Updates were provided once we booked the holiday, boarding passes sent to us via WhatsApp, she even checked us in online, including our return flight! Text messages were sent confirming transfer pick up times. For me, this really took the stress out of booking a holiday and all the other bits that I’d normally have to do myself. The service was fantastic.
I will definitely be booking another trip in the future through her!

Deb & I would like to thank Theresa at Not Just Travel Wanderlust for organising the flights for our Florida/Hawaii adventure, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.
Theresa offers a very friendly and personal approach, finding the flights that suited our timeline, nothing was too much trouble. She kept in touch every step of the way to provide assistance and even texted us when we arrived at JFK to say our connecting flight was delayed by twenty minutes.
We have booked holidays with various travel agents and online companies in the past but Theresa will be our first port of contact from now on, none of them came close to offering the level of service we received using Not Just Travel was so easy, it took the hassle away.

We wanted to go to Oktoberfest in Munich for a family celebration and Theresa organized everything we needed, flights, hotel, transfers and the bookings at the festival including the guides to get us from the hotel to the event. It was a little more organising than usual as we had people coming from 2 different countries to Munich for the trip and the flights were coordinated perfectly.

I would highly recommend working with “Not Just Travel” for any trip you are planning.

My connecting flight was cancelled and Theresa had already booked a new one before I’d landed which was amazing as I’d not slept since the Wednesday and it was now Friday! Amazing holiday Theresa booked for our family to celebrate my husband's 60th. Three generations, four families, all with different needs and asks and Theresa not only delivered but over delivered.

I contacted Theresa Kelly at Not Just Travel back in May 2023 as I was nervous about booking accommodation in Rome, a city I have never been to, during the busy Ryder Cup weekend. Theresa talked through my wants and needs and set about finding something to recommend. She came back to me within the day with at least 3 accommodation options which suited my requirements. After consideration, I made my selection and Theresa took it from there, making the booking, liaising with the hotel and sending me details of payment. After a couple of months, Theresa contacted me with details of extras I may want to consider as part of my trip..airport parking, transfers etc. This was so helpful as so tend to leave things to the last minute! So it was a helpful reminder to get organised. When the time came to travel, Theresa sent us a thoughtful text message to wish us well. We arrived at our accommodation, which was absolutely perfect, to another thoughtful message left in our room. The trip to Rome was totally stress free knowing that my accommodation and transport was sorted, meaning my husband and I could enjoy the atmosphere in the city and most importantly the Ryder cup practice and match days! I would highly recommend Theresa as a personal travel consultant. I am fortunate that I didn’t need to contact her for any reason during our trip, but I knew she would have been there to help out if I’d needed it.
