First time using Paul to book our holiday. With a new baby I was getting lost and struggling to find the time to find a holiday that would be suitable for our family. Paul took the time to understand what we were looking for and sent across options for our review really quickly and also provided additional support in booking private transfers and changing our room to a sea view.

We booked Camp de Mar, Majorca and had a fantastic week. The area was beautiful and was both family friendly and really accessible by bus to Port d’Andrax and Palma City.

We have had the pleasure of using Paul Marsden from Not Just Travel as our independent travel agent for our last two family holidays, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service he has provided. Most recently, we reached out to Paul for assistance in finding a family holiday during the October half term, with a budget of around £2,000. We were looking for a warm destination with plenty of bars and restaurants, while also keeping in mind the interests of our 15-year-old daughter.

After discussing several potential locations, we settled on Turkey, and from that point on, Paul took care of everything. He arranged airport parking, flights, private transfers, and booked a fantastic all-inclusive hotel in Oludeniz, complete with giant water slides and stunning mountain views. The location was perfect for our family, offering a variety of family-friendly bars and a range of activities. One of the highlights was our daughter’s paragliding experience from 1,900 meters, which was an unforgettable adventure. We also enjoyed a wonderful family boat trip that included music, a foam party, and lunch, all for just £20 per person.

Two days before our departure, Paul reached out to ensure we were fully prepared, going through a detailed checklist to confirm everything was in order. He even reassured us by saying, “If you have any issues or concerns, no matter the time of day or night, just call me.”

Paul’s dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made our holiday experience stress-free and memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking personalised and professional travel services.

I recently wanted to go to New Zealand on holiday and booked it with Paul at Not Just Travel. I spoke to Paul about where and when I wanted to go and from there Paul took over and carried out the research and gave me the options available. First class service. Have to admit could have booked the holiday ourselves but going through Paul allowed for other options, that we would not have found, to be considered. So booking through Paul was painless and all transfers ran smoothly. Paul was always available while we were on holiday. Overall, could really enjoy the holiday and not have to worry about anything. I needed a well deserved holiday. I knew roughly where I wanted to go but needed help to sort the various elements of it as it wasn't a straight forward package holiday I was after.

I'd not heard of Not Just Travel before but the reviews were good so I decided to give them a go, I wasn't disappointed.

Paul Marsden was patient and thorough listening to my needs and researched the various options relevant to my wish list.

Paul was friendly and knowledgeable and once a decision was made he metaphorically held my had every step of the way. It was an easy process.

A few days before I returned home there was a major glitch with some airports due to an IT outage. Paul contacted me with information on how to keep an eye on the issue and if there was any issue with my flight home. Thankfully all was well but he was there in case I needed him.

I felt very assured and loved every moment of my holiday.

It takes the stress out of planning a trip knowing that paul will have everything covered sending all the document's and info we need and I can run any questions by him at any time.

First experience using Paul and it’s been great from start to finish. I wanted to go to Rome for my first solo holiday and helped with options for hotels, flights etc and checked me in online which helped a lot. As well as discussing any tours/activities I wanted to do whilst there which really took a load of stress off. He kept in touch regularly and made the whole process a lot less daunting.

Paul booked a holiday for myself and my daughter to New York! A holiday we have always wanted for our "big" birthday's this year. The level of service was excellent from booking to checking in with us when we returned. Paul booked our seats on both flights before we left, and made sure we had completed everything needed a few days before.
