Highly recommended!
Emma worked with us from the start of our planning, arranging a memorable 2 week family visit to Canada, from Toronto to Montreal.
While you can read reviews about different places and put it together yourself, Emma’s knowledge and advice really helped and resulted in us staying in wonderful hotels located in great locations. I am sure if we had done this ourselves, the trip would have been more expensive and not as enjoyable.
Unfortunately, while out in Canada, our return flight was cancelled due to strike action. Emma (and Canadian Affair) were excellent and got us home on the same day, communicating effectively to allow us to enjoy the last few days of the holiday.
I cannot recommend Emma enough! We will be working with Emma on our next ‘big trip’!

Emma was brilliant. I don’t enjoy a beach holiday so wanted somewhere with lots of greenery, a bit of culture, walking with stops to relax and eat/drink. Emma suggested The Tirol in Austria. It was stunning. We were shocked the hotel half board at the hotel included a five course dinner and there was even afternoon cakes thrown in. We went up mountains on the ski lifts, visited Salzburg, saw waterfalls but felt like we had a relaxing time too.
Emma was patient and gave me lots of options. I didn’t feel pressured to book. She answered all my questions and kept me fully informed and took all the stress and worry out of booking. I’d thoroughly recommend booking your next trip through Emma.

Emma was fantastic throughout the whole process, from finding the right cruise to booking and making sure we were in the right part of the ship for us. As 1st time cruisers, we had a lot of questions. Emma answered them all very quickly and gave great advice. We really cannot recommend Emma enough! My wife and I were blown away with her support throughout the whole journey. We are now in the process of booking again with her, and we will never use anyone else because she is amazing! We had an incredible holiday, and Emma was fantastic every step of the way. We wanted time at the Disney parks and Universal Studios, followed by a relaxing week on the coast—and Emma made it all happen seamlessly. She assisted with tickets, offered valuable travel advice, and gave us honest, realistic guidance throughout. Even when we faced a few hiccups with our ESTAs and the meal plan, Emma was quick to step in and help us resolve everything. We’ll definitely be booking with Emma again for our future holidays!

I booked a cruise with Emma to the Norwegian fjords. When I first arranged the appointment with her, I had absolutely no idea where I wanted to go. I simply had a budget in mind and fancied a cruise! Emma offered a lot of advice on different cruise ships and companies. She also offered advice on room location once I had chosen the cruise that I wanted to book. Emma contacted me at numerous points running up to my holiday and offered any additional help or assistance that I needed. Emma is very friendly and it is obvious that she really loves her job and helping people. I never once felt under pressure to make a booking with her which was fantastic as I needed time to mull over the information before making a final decision. Emma booked me and my family a magical Christmas in New York City and to say we had an awesome time would be an understatement! She spent the time to provide many different options to me as I decided what my budget was and guided me through what was included in my package and what extra bits I'd need to do on the side, such as ESTA visas as we'd never travelled to the USA before. She assured me none of my questions were silly questions and also took the time to help me with an itinerary, using her knowledge of the city to group things together so we could get the most out of our time. Emma booked us a lovely hotel in Chinatown, right at the beginning of the Manhattan Bridge with a great view to wake up to as it snowed on Christmas Eve! She also included the GoCity pass which helped save lots of money for the most popular tourist attractions instead of booking everything separately! I will definitely be back to book our next holiday with Emma and highly recommend her to anyone! 😍

We asked for a relaxing week away in the sun last minute. Emma found us the perfect hotel and resort that ticked all our boxes. Emma is fantastic! Friendly, professional, easy to chat to and her knowledge regarding cruises is amazing. We were originally supposed to sail in 2021 but Covid and a wedding meant it got pushed back twice. The cruise we ended up taking to the Fjords in May was incredible. Emma advised on cabins and we ended up with a fab cabin in a brilliant location. She sorted out accessible boarding which really helped as our son with ASD got quite excited and overwhelmed. I would absolutely recommend Emma to anyone looking to book a holiday of any type. We already have our next cruise booked through her. Thank You Emma!
