I had booked a holiday with Not Just Travel twice before so I knew the great service I was about to receive. ?

For nearly 20 years I have enjoyed researching and booking personal vacations around the world but now I enjoy receiving ideas and recommendations from my friend Baljit Dev at Not Just Travel.

I used to work with Baljit, and she has always been a valued and trusted friend.

Back then, Baljit offered to help me organise a 3 week trip to India where thanks to her fantastic knowledge I got to see and do everything I wanted to do AND MORE. Since, I have returned for her travel assistance because there is simply no one else around who can help you like she can. Bal is extremely helpful and understanding to your needs and preferences. Your holiday will be very well orchestrated, every detail will be considered leaving you to simply enjoy the countdown to your holiday without any need to think about what needs to be done or get booked. Bal will even check you in! Bal’s knowledge is outstanding on ALL levels, you will not miss out on anything. You’ll not only received a perfectly organised holiday, you’ll also gain a friend who will look after your every need. Bal will ask all the right questions at the right times to ensure you are happy with your purchase and in no time you will have reservations for a full slate of activities, information and details for all the relevant restaurants (I’m vegan so this is a huge weight off my mind.) I can honestly say that in a month or even a year I could not have arranged such a trip to India on my own. It was truly incredible!

Recently Bal has helped organise a trip to South of France and a gorgeous holiday to Cape Verde. Both holidays were given the same level of attention to detail which is very rare in a travel agent. The incomparable planner, Baljit Dev had every detail covered and worked within the budget I outlined.

As someone who has travelled extensively I appreciate Bal’s service enormously, I know how much work the planning entails. In Boa Vista, Cape Verde, we had beautiful, hot weather for all all 7 days. I know this was not within Bal’s control but I'd like to give her the credit anyway as the only detail I gave her as a brief was – SUN.
