I used Norwegian Airlines from London Gatwick to Stockholm return. For the first time ever in March and an excellent service, it was.
The plane ,Boeing 737, was very comfortable.
Our plane leaving was 15 mins behind schedule, but coming back was 20 mins ahead of schedule.
I loved the lights inside as you prepared to take off dim to a cool blue.
All staff treated me with kindness and respect. Thou, I thought the sandwich, crisps, and drink deal were expensive.
All in all, a pleasant journey.

For being a rich country it was not representative through their airline.. not even water is included. And they are very gangster with the luggage, taking double the price at the gate compared to online and even making people who have payed for cabin luggage measure their luggage before boarding. The pilot landed with way too much speed, I’m pretty sure it was a rookie.

Very inexpensive airline, very reasonable prices, for very good quality of service. Staff are always helpful and friendly, the overall experience from airport to plane is stress and hassle free. And it's mostly effective and quick. Cannot fault the service, have had countless travel.

Horrible experience with check in. The service person didn't return my passport until I "prove that I can put everything in my backpack". It is so hypocritical in airlane where 99% of passenger check in online. She acted extremely rude and annoyed given that I was the only customer there.

After all, I repacked stuff and left with it which obviously made absolutely no sense.

The worst airline when it comes to customer service. The lady (red hair) she seems the be the person in charge of the Luggage. Extremely rude, condescending and not a team player at all. She threatened us multiple times to be removed us from the flight for asking questions. After we were told we need to pay £80 they don’t take Amex which is lead to calling. Never ever flying Norwegian air, shame on you and the way you have been treating people, your service has been degrading.

Tragedy. Never again! NORSK should try to service cows or other animals. People who want to be treated like real persons with respect and politeness SHOULD NOT use Norsk Airlines! Stay away from Norsk! The first impression may be even OK but after a few minutes you can see all the negative actions and behaviour of the Staff. They are agressive through words, threathen passengers that they will not go onboard when you calmly say them that their behaviour is not right! Be aware of them. I HAVE NEVER SEEN something like this and I travel quite a lot.

During Covid my mother's flight with Norwegian Airlines from USA to UK was cancelled, she decided to take cashpoints to use later. Then she learned they are not flying to USA anymore so she requested her money back but the Airline refused.
Therefore we decided to take a trip to Italy to use the cashpoints although making one stop to go from London to Venice was annoying. We travelled making one stop at Copenhagen where our bags got stuck.
I've filed a complaint at Venice Airport and I was told that they would be sent to our next destination: Florence, that never happened. We travelled to Rome where we stayed 3 days and they promised the bags will arrive there, but instead were sent to Faro, Portugal.
I was calling the costumer service everyday, especially when my mother was about to come back to USA, but for our entire trip the luggage never arrived.
Finally fourteen days later my bag arrived (My mother's bag, arrived yesterday after 20 days)
My bag came all scratched and dirty.
The airline said they can't do anything about it and I think is unfair, my bag was in that state because of the mistakes made (went from Venice to Rome, then Faro, Stockholm and back to London) I'll never know why.
It didn't have a single scratch and they will not take responsibility.
I definitely not recommend flyng with Norwegian Airlines.

Appallingly bad and unscrupulous.
They charged me £70 at boarding to check my carry-on bag because they said it was over the weight limit. But there was never any weight limit communicated. My bag was not excessively overweight. I bought food and water to eat on the plane because I have severe food allergies and cannot eat their food. This is what put me over the weight limit. It’s an 11 hour flight!
Don’t fly Norwegian!!
