Bring a book (War and peace should ALMOST last), a chair/bed, food and drink to last a few days and a bible (you'll need all the help you can get). Prepare for disappointment on many levels. I've been here 3 hours for some bulbs and 1 tyre.

Attended at 8am explained to the guy at the desk that on my last visit they forgot to plug in the tracker after 3hrs of waiting found out the same guy wrote wrong instructions and a 15 minute job became a 4hr one .

Would give no stars if possible, i have a fleet of vans that we rent from northgate all from egham depot. I have 1 van that broke down and the closer depot was croydon and have been advised that the van need to go to croydon depot for repair.
Since then (19 October) i have been advised that it would take 2 weeks for the van to be repaired, it has passed 2 months and they never answer the phones nore emails they have had my vehicle for nearly 2 months no replacement vehicle provided .
They have also charged us for the van without having it available for us to use .

Would give no stars if possible, i have a fleet of vans that we rent from northgate but out of multipull depos. I only have 1 van from croydon and they cause 90% of my problems. They never answer the phones nore emails they have had my vehicle for nearly 3 months no replacement vehicle provided yet still keep trying to charge me for the vehicle causeing me more work.

They just keep you hanging around. Never have a van waiting for you. Even when it has been arranged.
It comical that they have a reward on display...... Most in proved 2020..... Does say much for there other sites..... 😡

Had a meeting at this place and managers stuck together on a investigation about my mental health and said hr never knew yet I went to appointments but work put it as holiday had so much time off for mental health but managers failed to report to hr also got attacked by someone at work at snodland and nothing was done managers knew it was happening but said nothing know iam in a bad place and want to end my life hr and legal team don't want to talk about it and customers get threatened too northgate had a chance to listen too me but didn't
