Absolutely disgusting service. No one knows what's going on. Workers standing round swearing and joking in front of customers. This is my 3rd time here now and for the 3rd time I'm still sitting here 6 hours later and not told anything. Avoid at all costs

Took my van for an mot and its been 3 days and still don't have it back.
Poor customer service, they never answer phone calls and when they do, they say will call you back in 5 minutes, they dont.!!
Headache to deal with.

Took vehicle for an MOT. Waited nearly 2 weeks for it to be ready.
POOR customer service. Waited in receprion while staff sis their own thing in the other office. Seemed as thought they weren't bothered about me, as a customer. Waited half hour for return of vehicle when it was finally ready. Warning lights came on whilst I had the replacement vehicle.
Will never go to this place again for anything.

Absolutely abysmal,
Avoid this company at all costs. You have to wait lengthy time for any maintenance to be done, and and your expected to deal with any faults at your own cost. This company is a joke an causes alot of stress.

Took van 2.5 weeks ago from home, I had to collect!!! Office lady just rude arrogant and uninformative! Absolutely hate going into the branch.!
