We have stayed at this property on a number of occasions and will be booking again for next year. The house suits the needs of our large mixed group perfectly. There is a large kitchen dining area, big cosy living room, huge garden and unbelievable bar area where we always spend most of our time! The bar is big and houses a dartboard, pool table, football table and has a tv with the full sky sports package which suited our football loving group down to the ground! Although the weather is always fresh when we stay in November we have used the hot tub on every visit. Upon arrival we are always greeted at the house by Kevin and upon dropping our bags have been greeted to a little refreshments pack and home cooked cakes. There is a folder in the kitchen with instructions and information for everything you are likely to need for your stay including WiFi details and hot tub instructions. Everything is easy to follow and if needed the owners are on hand to assist, Lizzy is always really helpful before and after our visit, she is always really clear and prompt with payments. We have really enjoyed our stays here and it feels like a home from home for our group where we can have a really good time together all under one roof

Should be no stars......My family booked a surprise 60th birthday for me.I today found out that this has been cancelled and the monies which were paid in full on the 3rd January 2020 being £2900 are not refundable .This is something beyond our control and find it unacceptable that the only recompense to ourselves is a 10% reduction on another holiday later on the year. I am totally devastated and so angry to your response to the situation......spend our money wisely !!!!!

Avoid this company they have stole £3000 from my family and will not refund or exchange dates and expect them to rebook and pay again disgusting company and do not book with them they will not answer phone calls and blocked them on Facebook
