They said they could have a look at our truck, I was lied to on a constant basis with them saying they were still "diagnosing it". After nothing being done for 5 weeks I had to eventually get it recovered and had it taken to sherwoods in Washington, it was diagnosed in 2 hours which proves I was lied to, if I wasn't lied to and they were being honest, then they are incompetent and don't know what they're doing. I've never been treat like that before, I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

The extremely helpful staff in your stores, reception and workshop, after liaising with Fiat, quickly and efficiently sorted out the disappointing failure of the Aircon in my Fiat van. Hopefully we'll have a better summer in 2025 and I'll get the full benefit from it!
Such a pity that this very helpful company is not a bit closer to my home in the South Lakes where Fiat, (now inexplicably re-incarnated as FCA), seem to have closed all their dealerships!

Absolutely shocking place,try to book a truck in,all the guy says to you is "it will be at least 3 weeks,take it somewhere else".No wonder they get such a bad name

After contacting Iveco with an enquiry, we were directed to NE Truck & Van. We were served by Marcin and he helped us with our enquiry from beginning to end. We cannot recommend Marcin highly enough. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful, and just a great person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. He even helped us out by taking time on his day off to deliver our new vehicle to us. We really appreciated this gesture. Thank you, Marcin! Fantastic service and a great deal. We are really happy with the vehicle we purchased, too. Would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Would be good if they actually listened to the driver when they are telling the staff what the fault is. If they can't fix it its normally a software issue or we have never had this problem before and we don't have the part. We will order it in from some obscure place so it takes weeks to get here( so it seems).

16 weeks with a faulty dashboard and suspension valve and still waiting to be booked in for repair.

Still waiting for dashboard fix 1yr and 9 weeks now, and the constant squeak from the cab mounts is doing my nut, but not so much as the answer to the request ' can you stop the squeaking' Oh Just Turn Up the Radio.....!!!!

They seem more interested in the Vans in the workshop now rather than the HGVs but seeing the amount of vans waiting it doesn't bode well for the Brand.

Always get a reasonable service and timescale for inspection and repairs, definitely improved over the last year. Can’t fault call out service.

Poor service. They did not listen to us about the fault we experiened, after a service we broke down a few weeks later. Had to recover costs from Fiat Italy as lost confidence with Carlisle

Rang after our wipers stopped working nearby on the motorway in the middle of our journey. Were able to check it out straight away and had us moving again within 15 minutes!
