Amazing. Two drivers took us to London and back today. Despite the challenges of driving in London, they handled it really well, and showed up on time and parked in very convenient locations. The driving overall was very smooth and comfortable and also speedy, keeping us to schedule arriving back home right on time.

As for the bus, other than the fact it had no charging points, the reclining seats were very comfy and there were footrests. Periodically the drivers would come and collect rubbish which was amazing as it ensured that food wrappers etc. weren’t left lying around for the whole journey. The reading lights actually worked, and it was clear the drivers had our safety as a priority as they would come up and down the aisle ensuring everyone was secured safely in their seats with seatbelts.

10/10 would recommend.

Professional parking - over a dropped kerb, on double yellows, within 10m of the junction, really really courteous to other road users and residents 😍😮‍💨

Mind you, a bit concerned if they we’re awaiting passengers from Birmingham airport, 3 miles away is a bit of a jaunt 😮

Didn't go there was on a hill above with no mobile signal so ain't got clue how this got on ..but out dated and rude staff I do know that. And not very clean coaches !

Never showed up at 3 in morning on Saturday 29th. And for some reason charged the card holder twice. Avoid at all costs, seems like a scam.
