We recently booked this carriage service for prom, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Our driver, John, was professional, courteous, and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. He arrived ahead of schedule, presented himself impeccably, and made everyone feel at ease.

Paul, the groomer, did a fantastic job preparing the horses. Pete and Jesse, the magnificent horses, were beautifully groomed, calm, and incredibly well-behaved, adding an elegant and magical touch to the occasion. Their presence turned heads and made for stunning photos, making the prom arrival truly unforgettable.

I booked this for my daughter and her friends for their prom. Highly recommend, communication from first contact to last was excellent. Arrived before the time agreed and were happy to wait for photographs. Very accommodating and the staff and horses were presented immaculately. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. These guys were fab.There girls ( mares) were stunning. They pulled well & never put a foot wrong, even when some idiot came flying from behind on a motor bike. These horses and there handlers were amazing. We asked for pink on the horses and they too wor a touch of pink on there scalfs. This did not go unnoticed. Its the small things like this that make a big difference. They helped give our iliesha the perfect send off. With elegance and class.

Amazing service and customer service, we arranged a horse and carriage for our wedding day, they gave us amazing communication from the day we went to view the carriages/horses up until they finished. 10/10 would highly recommend.

A special thank you to your staff on the day waiting an extra few minutes for our photos and willing to get a few photos with us.

Hired this for my daughters prom excellent service we had there went out of there way to make sure my daughters day was special and can't thank them enough staff were lovely who came has well I've hired carriages of other people but not a patch on this company 100 percent recommend
