We had a fabulous summer holiday at kelling heath and booked a caravan through Norfolk cottage agency. Hassle free, great communication. The caravan was clean and as described. There were welcome cookies and apple juice on arrival, what a lovely touch! Also info on how to get in contact with Norfolk cottage while on our break. I did have one question and sent them a whats app, so quick to respond, even on a Friday evening! Really impressed.

We have just returned from a lovely break in Sheringham. We stayed at Woodland View, a very comfortable, modern, well equipped property with ample parking. Ideal for woodland walks, made us wish we had a dog! A stroll down to the town and the beach. The walled garden was perfect for a relaxing evening after busy days out. Lovely quiet location.

We know Kelling Heath very well but this was our first stay at Maritime Pines caravan.
Situated in a very peaceful and private location with a 10 minute walk to The Square. The caravan is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and incredibly well equipped - everything we needed and more. We were very impressed. We were very lucky with the weather and made great use of the tennis courts, gym and swimming pool/steam room and enjoyed riding around on our bikes (bike hire available).

We booked Kelling Heath for a peaceful week away for health reasons with some good fresh air, we were not disappointed, the site in set in lovely woods & has beautiful walks for dogs, the caravan had all the mod cons you needed so you wanted for nothing even if weather was not on your side. Instructions & communication felt it was a lovely family run business. I would love to go back under different circumstances.

Stayed in wavelength The location is 5* very nice to sit out on the balcony if weather is fine.parking is a bonus.
Indoors it a bit tired old sofas bed pillows worst for wear.
Overall we did enjoy it as we had good weather

We have just enjoyed a short break at Peggs Cabin in Sheringham. A very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped property set in a pretty, well maintained private garden. Lovely patio area with comfortable garden furniture. Located very close to sea front, high street shops and eating places and good public transport links. Good off road parking for one car directly outside the property.
Norfolk Cottage Agency communicated very well. Messages were friendly and welcoming. Their digital guide book was clear, comprehensive and easy to use.

House was beautifully clean able to have clean sheets and towels after one week if we wished. Very convenient for town beach and traveling locally both railway and bus stations. This was our second stay in this house and we are coming again next year. A pleasure to deal with Norfolk cottage Agency.

We stayed at Woodland View for Easter Weekend. What a lovely house. New build, with every amenity you could need. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to make use of the garden, but I imagine it would be quite a sun trap, and very safe with the high walls for little ones. Just a ten minute walk into Sherringham, but there is a slight incline, which gave us a good workout when pushing the wheelchair 😀💪.
Very spacious bedrooms, with a jack and Jill bathroom between two bedrooms.
The house was very clean, and we would definitely stay there again.
