Excellent trip on the Island Hopping in Dalmatia on board the Queen Eleganza. Having been told how good Noble Caledonia were we tried our first cruise around the islands in Croatia. The boat, staff and other guests were all fantastic. The whole trip was so well organised and travelling on a small boat allowed us to moor in islands unreachable on a larger cruise ship.

Noble promised a cruise holiday with whales, visits to see artists , nature parks etc in Canada and the USA
They didn’t deliver. The whales were rarely around in the month of October ,so locals told us and most of the artists and shops had gone for the winter.
The final farce was the boat was due to head to America but was banned as didn’t have correct maritime paper work
Noble we’re not interested even though their on ship staff agreed a lot had gone wrong
On a £7000 holiday I’ve been offered £500 voucher towards another cruise!
Their holidays can be good , though always expensive but when it goes wrong they seem to ring their hands

I have enjoyed several wonderful holidays, both cruises and land-based trips with noble Caledonia, but the recent UK odyssey was very disappointing. The average age of the passengers was over 77 years, which is not a problem in itself, but I had been hoping to enjoy long walks ashore and visiting some of the more remote islands. The level of the swell and consideration of the safety of the majority of less mobile passengers meant that my experience was curtailed. Most of the rest of the passengers were happy to stay on board or walk only short distances, very slowly. This was very much a cruise for old people rather than an expedition.

Our Cruise from the 20th to the 27th September 2023 on the Douro River in Portugal was nothing short of brilliant. The staff were fantastic, food incredibly good, an amazing free Bar, and fantastic outings on shore - with lovely most informative guides. The river itself was so peaceful and beautiful, and our co-travellers all lovely people. What could be better?!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Noble Caledonia. We will be coming with you again on a cruise next year!

With our very best wishes,
Virginia and Roderick Cordy-Simpson

Big disappointment! We have booked our holiday this morning, deposit paid, just to find out later on in their invoice send to us via e-mail, that everyone must be vaccinated and have at least one booster. NHS website states that you are only eligible for spring booster if you are age 75 and over. I am not in that category. This question should have been put to us at the time of booking.
Our trip is now cancelled and we have to find new one with other cruise company. The one we looked up so far do not require any vaccinations for covid.
The reason we have chosen Noble Caledonia as we had very good previous experiences with them and love the Sea Cloud II.

I haven't been on a cruise. However, my parents enjoyed a cruise around the islands of Scotland and had a fabulous time. They commented on the care and attention they received throughout; one of their best cruises ever. They were accompanied by many people who have travelled extensively so they enjoyed sharing their experiences.

Finally, it was Father's Day whilst they were onboard so I called Noble Cruises office. I spoke to Neil on the customer services team about the idea of buying a bottle of champagne for the special day. Neil emailed the ship and received a message that it could be arranged. Neil called me back and I purchased a bottle of champagne and arranged for a note to accompany the gift. All was delivered on the day and the card beautifully written.

It is the small things that make a big difference. Thank you Neil for making this happen. My dad will be talking about this for years to come. Very special!
