Elliott and the Nirvana team rocked! Doing my first Ironman this made things a LOT less stressful. Having a point of contact to ask random questions to leading up, quick responses just gave me the ability to put my mind at ease and focus on the race. The weather turned out terrible so having a great bike position in recovery was also great.

Making sure to get the bike tuned up again the night before helped to ease any concern where I could just focus on the race.

I understand some people are on a budget and this is an expensive sport to begin with, that said if you can afford it these guys make you feel like you get more than what you paid for.

The team really personalised their service to me. Although my companion and I had completely different travel plans this was no problem. Further, I had unexpected bike issues on arrival but the mechanic and transport crew went above and beyond to drive me around to get this sorted. I really appreciated how responsive Nirvana was to phone calls for last minute logistics arrangements.

Nirvana's support in Omaha for US Multisport Nationals was just terrific. I had not used them before, though had had helpful email interactions about this fall's Torremolinos Worlds, where I am booking hotels and more through them. In Omaha, I was thrilled to learn they were running shuttles from the downtown hotel to the rather far away race venue, and jumped on that. Kamie was responsive, friendly, totally dependable. It made a huge difference not to have to worry about transport. I look forward to having Nirvana support in Torremolinos, and having more time to think about my race, less time worrying about logistics.

I'm a steady Nirvana user, with some experiences better than others. Elliot (I gather) took over management in 2024 and everything has been great. I really respect the care of the bike mechanics - definitely worth it, especially on the more complex races.

As an experienced athlete I was competing for the first time (internationally) without family support. I chose to go with Nirvana as recommended by friends and British Tri, and had no expectations beyond the perfunctory. Help beforehand with scheduling flights and tickets was faultless, and meeting the Nirvana team once away was a delight. My needs as a competitor were well and truly met, and in fact anticipated beforehand. I felt truly supported and do believe part of my success was due to their prep too.

Bike mechanic Mike was outstanding! Efficient, kind, patient, hardworking, diligent, polite, and overall wonderful.
The only drawback was that pre-trip UPS tried to pick up my bike at my home instead of the bike shop where it was disassembled - not sure how that got mixed up but fortunately my husband was home to deal with it.
