Visited here in the summer holidays on a Friday (it was quite a sunny day) the place was clean and not too busy. Very thorough with safety. Complimentary lockers! Lots of tables in cafe. Lots for the children to do and try. Some of the stations are quite high so smaller children needed help to be lifted to reach! Plenty of parking and cafe serving hot food etc. would recommend my children had a blast.

Kids had a fab 2 hours there. They were busy all the time and were running round the whole time. I had a nice drink and sit down in the cafe . Facilities clean and tidy. But if wait to get checked in, but half term so to be expected I guess. We had pre-booked tickets.

From the moment I arrived with my 8-year-old son and his 5 friends, Ninja Warrior employee Ryan provided exceptional service. His expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine care for all participants made our visit unforgettable.

Ryan patiently coached the kids, offering personalized tips that helped them push their limits. His positivity and encouragement kept the entire group motivated and engaged throughout the challenging obstacle course.

The 8-year-olds were especially appreciative of Ryan's patient guidance, feeling empowered and safe as they conquered new feats. We left feeling inspired, and I give Ryan and the Ninja Warrior team my highest recommendation.

Great fun!!
We visited for the first time and didn’t know what to expect, very good fun for all the family.
The equipment was plentiful, with inflatables for smaller children and assault course for adults, the viewing area/ cafe was clean and fairly priced, staff happy and cheerful: in Particular Ninja MIKE, who entertained the children with his magic tricks, providing added entertainment!

What a fantastic place for all age's to pit their skills against one another to see who can complete the course and become your party or teams Ninja Warrior.
Brilliant way of getting fit and having fun.
Great for children's parties. The price reflects the amount of time on the course and the quality of food served.
You are also provided with a headband, wristband, and socks, all with the UK Ninja Warrior logo.
The obstacles are varied, and they are not all achievable, depending on what your level of fitness is.
Great sized party rooms. Lots of variety in their on-site cafe, with lots of seating and very professional staff.
Really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be going back.

Lots of facilities around, it is on the top floor but does have a lift, unfortunately it was out of order for our visit and as I have a disability it took a while to get up all the stairs.
That didn't stop us having a great time.

Overall, I would highly recommend a visit.

Staff were excellent, friendly, and happy to help with any enquiries.

Top marks

A really fun place to go for energetic days of running about and getting bruises ?.

The front desk team are really helpful and get customers processed quickly to get onto apparatus swiftly. As tickets are purchased with time slots there's an unlikely chance of the place getting too full to enjoy properly.

There is a cloakroom with free lockers to store items. Next there is a little snack area to grab food and drinks with a large seating area above.

Down sides: there are rules set in place that no one tells you (which also don't make any sense) but the team will give you a warning should you break them.

If you get hurt or want a first aider for advise, best of luck. I got hurt my last visit and ask for a first aider. All I got in response was a blank look and "ooo that looks painful".

The air conditioning performance is not amazing so make sure to drink plenty, you will sweat heavily. Thankfully there is a free drinking fountain for a quick sip but no information to tell you it's there.

Finally, there are no showers. This place desperately needs them, even if they cost a few pounds to use. Everyone is sweating heavily so this is an unfortunate issue to have.

This place was really fun and I thought reasonable for the price paid, we only did 1 hour (all adults 30s). The hour was enough for our group as we are not particularly fit people and some of the equipment was quite challenging especially in the upper body strength department. I'm marking them down because there was no where near enough locker space (I had to take our stuff and stash it in the car), and they charge extra for the socks that you need to ware to do 1/3rd of the activities, so really you have to buy them. All staff were very friendly and helpful. More difficult to get out of the bath of blue cubes than it looked?.

Very good fun. 2 hours is exhausting! Really nice facilities, generally.

We went when it was quiet, so it was very easy to just use whatever we wanted. Had it been busier, I could see waiting around for different obstacles being a pain.

There was a weird bit of gross looking stuff on one of the mats at the back of the bouncy castle esque area (kind of looked like vomit that had been cleared up, but can't say for sure). The toilets were also a little bit poor, and the men's only had one toilet roll between two cubicles.

Overall, though, a really fun experience. Definitely planning on going again with a larger group.
